Once again, during the Defense's portion of presenting evidence, this jury is sent away to waste their sequestered time. I would not be real happy with the Dt, although I know that could not make a difference in my deliberations. Just saying.

You may recall shortly after this "supposed affair" she attempted suicide....

I think defense thinks she is too risky...and unstable...
