  • #1,142

One thought keeps going over and over in my mind as I watch these "cockamamie" questions (thanks to the poster who used that word). It is that it is purely because the DT is defending an indefensible client that the questions are worded as they are, and that RK has been made a villain by the DT. There is no plausible, believable defense to put on, and the jurors will surely see beyond this farce. iMO

Defending an Indefensible Client .. great title for some DT's book!

I think RK is doing great. It must be very intimidating being in front of CM.

Welcome ShortPotato79! I think that CM thinks if he just acts antagonistic toward the witness that they will just faint from fright and say whatever CM wants them to say......................:floorlaugh:

Mason is really helping fry his client, he has no idea what kind of
horses patootie he sounds like. Poor Kronk. But, at least he can sleep peacefully at night.
OMG...Roy had his car fixed.............lock him up!!

Was meant to show where he was the day before. The links to the receipt are in the link.

Kronk admits needing a thousand dollars for car repairs on 12-10-08. Said he might have mentioned that to his son.

Ladies and gentlemen, we interrupt the trial of Casey Anthony to bring you the trial of Roy Kronk.

Oh that is good.

I understand that the DT is not obligated to prove anything, but if you are going to throw a bunch of stuff at the wall to see if it sticks, it should at least be plausible. A reasonable Juror is going to notice the gaping holes, i.e. how did GA hide the body where RK could find it.

Dead rattlesnakes can still invenomate you. That's why you handle even dead ones *very carefully.*

I actually learned something this afternoon. Listening to CM all afternoon has not been in vain! Well, it has been, I guess, but being on WS has not.

  • #1,151
Christmas coming and a car repair, that is bad luck.

  • #1,152
ICA stole when she needed money...at least RK didn't do that.

  • #1,153
Oh GRIEF! So sick of CM's droning already!

  • #1,154
Something really stinks about the discovery of the body at that place. Kronk's going there 3x is suspicious, as is the story of Cindy saying she never sent anyone there, and Lee saying she did. And then how did Frick and Frack end up there as well? There is something off about this, but the way to get to it is not to badger the witness with the same questions over and over.

I wish someone would make a point.

...he needed money for his car..so he moved a childs body around?! :waitasec:

  • #1,157
 I love the way LDB just said "Nooooo objection"

:great:

I have a feeling that the state has just been giving the DT all of the proverbial rope that they want!

:great:

  • #1,158
my oh my - the defence are looking like a complete bunch of losers!

Roys face said it ALL when Mason submitted his car repair bill into evidence

  • #1,159
This has passed ridiculous. His car repair bill --- really. How on earth is this relevant to finding Caylee. Really?

  • #1,160
I would protest having to give out my phone number so every nut in the world could call me much less my sons ..he handled that part good.
