What did Lee testify to earlier today? Whether or not he directed Casey and Hoover to Suburban?

He said his mom did, which contridicted what CA had just said on the stand; he was pissy because they were looking for remains and not a living Caylee.

I agree with you about not caring about any supposed molestation (and I don't believe that she was molested as JB has claimed), but I'm curious about that phone call that she made to Jesse on the day that Caylee was most likely killed. I'm also curious about whether or not Casey ever confessed to Jesse the true identity of Caylee's father (if she even knew who he was-and I'm starting to think that she didn't know who the father was).

Her defense team submitted a motion to question her competancy to stand trial. The Sheriff and Bailiffs will automatically assume tighter security at that point for fear she may do something unexpected (attempt to rabbit. Stand up and cause a mistrial, attempt to beat JB to death with his posterboard. Well OK the guards may not actually stop her from doing some of those things. But they do need to be preparred.)

I mean really? Aren't those the most pertinent questions?
Why call 911 if you're guilty? Why call multiple times at that? Why call even after a deputy had been out there and said it was "nothing"?

Had ICA called 911, she'd have had *some* credibility and we likely wouldn't be where we are.

All good questions and I would llike to know why he hid it for 6 months. if he needed money why didn't he locate it sooner. jmo

Actually I missed his testimony, I was attempting to study.

Must have been planning on having it stuffed.

If he had skinned it to save to eat he would have gutted it and they would not have done a necropsy on it.

So I would say he was going to have it mounted.

um why do I know this - sometimes they'll toss it in the freezer until they get a chance (or find someone who will) skin it to make a pelt or a belt. He probably was more interested in the skin than the meat.

I had more than one rockin rattle snake belt in my day...

His testimony was that he knew CA sent them there. This is after CA said she did not send them there. LA was upset cause all alone he thought they were still looking for an alive Caylee. By hearing of this he learned the A's were looking for a deceased Caylee. Upset him so bad he went back to work.

RK admitted he lifted the bag off the ground. Cheney got him to admitt that which shows he is not always truthful, so now we have to ask ,why did he lie at all?

Oh, I don't know, maybe because for the past three years the defense have been smearing him, then claimed in their opening statement he stole a dead baby's body, then hid it so he could make money off it.

Maybe that's why Kronk is scared to be completely honest during this ordeal, because when he was 3 years ago, it ruined him.

That damned snake in the freezer, and this Dean & Kronk Testimony about August 11th seems really important to me. In terms of timeline of remains-wise.

I mean, if it weren't for the snake story, and Dean keeping it, there would be only their words to go on about an Aug 11 sighting of remains from 30 feet away...

Did we ever hear back on any snake autopsy? Wonder if they could confirm that that snake was, indeed in that swampy area in particular.

I am speechless, in awe of what we just witnessed.

It's all over for the defense. And when the jury smells those canisters in evidence... it might be the worst case scenario for ICA. I never thought she might be sentenced with the death penalty as I do today.

She is being so closely guarded because this is the end.

Because after all the talk, and how many freaking times Baez has tried to discredit Dr. Vass, you KNOW the jury is gonna open them.

They have the right to, and I fully believe they will.

Look how interested they were in the (empty) trash!

This really urks me. We have heard just as many recordings of George (more, actually) than of Casey. No, George never said anything like, "..I know she's close". He has always been honest and fair and totally all about finding Caylee. What a snarky thing for Baez to do.
