Moonsammy - Kc in protective custody...called pc....high profile case....determine this inmate to be in protective custody...she is in her cell 23 hours per day....go to shower, go to tv room or rec room or library cart in that unit...she been in custody last 2 1/2 years...kc demeanor...she is model inmate...see and engage her everyday...I have to engage them and record them on OP 8...everytime she always responds pleasantly...behavior locked up under those conditions different than other inmates? different in what way? seem unusual to you her behavior? answer...my job is care,custody and control that is what I do... I pay little or no attention to inmates behavior unless it is real bad or become uncontrollable....to directly answer your question her behavior is same as almost all of the inmates in that area....I have spoken to her she has engaged me in conversation - always pleasant and always happy...despite her current situation...fair to say this behavior has been constant since Oct 2008 until today...from first day she incarcerated until last day I work on Sunday - she always same person...never up or down...always smiles and always pleasant...
