First I was always under the impression that Larry King's people (but may have been ABC) paid for the stay at the Ritz - they did it out of repsect for the A's and the finding of Caylee.

Second, this Brandon Sparks is active Coast Guard military - he should have appeared in his dress whites. He would have presented so much better. To me, anyone that is active military and is requested to appear in a court of law and doesn't come in dress uniform is showing disrespect to our country, the court, and him/herself out of pride in what they do. But again, that's JMHO.

Guys, I only saw some of the testimony this morning - Cindy's and part of GA's and the clip where he broke down. I have read some of the comments here and it seems most feel the defense has continued to do badly. So why did Richard Hornsby tweet that he cannot predict the outcome at all? Did the defense show how bizarre the family is today?

I think JB raised a solid point this morning (maybe his first one) when questioning GA about the gun and timing of it's purchase. Even with everything I know about this case, it made me stop and think. Maybe that is what Hornsby was thinking about when he tweeted?

It will be towards the end of the video right before breaking for lunch today.
