It kind of seems like JB was not happy with CM's questioning yesterday, and wants a "do-over".

I suspect Mr. Kronk has had a lot of bad luck in his life and probably has made some bad decisions, but is basically a good person. I think he just wanted to be a hero to his son.

If he stuck a stick in the eye socket, I SO wish I did not hear that. Oh,,,......

In fairness, he said he didn't know for sure what it was until he had done that and turned it up -- he was not sure whether it was plastic or what have you -- I think it was the moment he realized it was real. He seemed genuinely concerned for the feelings of the family when he related that, seemed to feel bad for having done it once he knew for sure. If that makes sense, that's how I took it.

After finding skull on 12/11/08 you waited in LE car? no waited @ my truck...then wrote out statement...helicopters were hanging around...alot going on....did LE ask you go somewhere to speak more private? just went to their car....I don't remember if I was being recorded....show statement....refresh recollection...advise recording statement and you acknowledged....what saw and what didnt....want to be truthful and give as much info as possible...be truthfulll....told them didn't touch anything...I told them I manipulated skull with meter stick but is that physical contact? you didn't tell them you stuck meter stick in eye socket? yes I know I said that - don't need to review....approach witness sir? you may...he reads...there is no statement in here about sticking your meter reader stick in eye socket...reitterated skull dropped out of bag...yessir...anything else tell them important ? no sir 3 years ago....show him refresh memory....RK reads...asked that question - never stated called 4 times back in Aug...I mentioned crimeline....there is no statement about crimeline in here? object-
