If Kronk NEVER told LE he made those calls back in August then how did the officer that came out (Caine) that day end up being investigated & then FIRED? Isn't that what Baez just claimed or am I losing it?

The judge ruled on this yesterday after court, saying that what ICA told him was in 2006 and that it was hearsay at this point so his testimony was not allowed. The two correctional facility workers testimony is also not allowed.

In fairness, he said he didn't know for sure what it was until he had done that and turned it up -- he was not sure whether it was plastic or what have you -- I think it was the moment he realized it was real. He seemed genuinely concerned for the feelings of the family when he related that, seemed to feel bad for having done it once he knew for sure. If that makes sense, that's how I took it.

I agree with you totally about the eye. My bad for being unclear. I should have made that comment as a completely seperate post.

My real (and only) point was that I find Kronk fishy.

I added the socket comment as an after thought and should have been more clear.

I've stayed tuned in through this trial. Making my own observations, etc. But right now, I would like Mr. Kronk's utility stick to poke my eyes out. I tried a scrub brush on my ears last night but they still feel itchy.
