So what, JB?
RK probably did see Caylee's little bones before November. But for an inept OC police officer, everyone would have know months earlier.

Being Canadian I have a question...

Why was the other fellow not allowed by Dept of Defense not allowed to testify, but this Coast Guard kid is allowed?

the other guy was testifying as an expert not a witness

Casey is a product of our society....the live broadcast of the OJ trial perhaps left a deep impression on her that if you ever commit a crime and you have a defense able to plant doubt in the juror's mind, then a criminal (killer, in these two cases) can easily walk free. Casey was 9 and half years old when that trial was televised.

Wow Brandon Sparks sure did a nice job of making sure The whole world knew his father had something to be " rehabilitated" from. Very sad. He seems to be the product of a lifetime of an ex-wife bad mouthing a father to his son. This is something that happens, tragically, every single day in this country.
Very sad.

Kronk's son is the new highlight of Defense case. Will claim that Kronk staged this. #caseyanthony @vinniepolitan @issueswithjvm @drdrew

Hmmmm...where is this going? (I'm not as familiar with the RK part of this saga.)

My hands are numb from sitting on them. But my boyfriend who prides himself on his lack of bias (and is about 3 hours behind on trial watching) just messaged me "George said he didn't think then that Casey did it, past tense!". He's my mock juror.

My step son is mine. He's friends with Dr. Vass's son and since he testified, he has really been into the trial. It's his first trial. It cracks me up that for someone who never watched a trial before can so easily pick up on the defense bull.

What's next, a character witness for Brandon Sparks? I wish I never got sucked into this! I'm dying here.

Of course he holds ill will against his dad. That would even strike me as normal as he would feel abandoned as a little boy.

The problem with the DOD witness is he did not get permission first. This kid probably did.
