Yes, I do see the point; but manipulating the remains COULD have disturbed, removed, altered, fill-in-the-blank evidence; and may that (if it happened) may that not possibly be at risk of being characterized as tampering? (....asking - not arguing)

The remains were 'tampered with' by a typhoon, winds, rain, animals, heat, insects, roots, and so I hardly think a poke or a stab with a pole is going to have any affect upon the evidence in this case. imoo

WHY IS HE STILL ON THE KRONK THING? Jose Baez already stated there was no kidnapping-plot. He didn't even use use the Casey-wanted-it-all-to-look-like-a-kidnapping-fictional-story. He went with drowning and George freaking out. Yeah, George really looked like the type who wouldn't break out in tears after finding his granddaughter dead and who would just dump her somewhere.

Even if the body was moved (which I find unbelievable), the fact remains it was dumped somewhere to be found (and moved*eye roll*). All the other evidence (duct tape, chloroform) point to murder. WRAP IT UP, JB.

Yuri clarifies Jose's question so he won't have to hear another which emphasizes the lack of importance of the question and it's Outstanding that he doesn't have to hang around the rest of the day.

I hope that if I ever have to have any dealings with LE that someone like Yuri is there for me.
