And of course, CA lies blatantly yesterday, right before LA, so that
it is noticeable, and the jury says well she is a liar, then they bring her out today, and then put JG up, and of course they will believe him before CA.

Yes, JG testified in proffer yesterday with absent jury, so NO, that is not part of evidence at this time. Do not know if this testimony will be allowed later, though, I didn't catch a ruling on that.

The last time they asked for a mistrial. He ruled on it, but told them any subsequent motions he would reserve ruling on until right before the verdict. He is just following through with that comment.

Or, since the Southern District's ruling is not yet final on the convicted murderer, he is prudently waiting to be sure all the info is in. To avoid the DT having to take a new motion at the time.

I don't think there is anything in any depo about any sexual abuse this was not brought up in this trial until JB OS

Once the prosecution totally impeaches CA in rebuttal they can use anything that comes out here as totally made up to save ICA.....the state can turn this but I still hope it doesn’t get out

It occurs to me to wonder, why are they pushing on the LA molestation angle? There were the weird questions when he was crying on the stand, the questions in the JG proffer, and now this. Why not the GA molestation? That's clearly the more significant molestation. Have they realized they're not going to be able to pull that off?
