I think the jury will see her as a scam artist that took advantage of a grieving family.

I think so too. I think the jury can believe her when she said they had an affiar but also think she took advantage of the situation and she also made money off it. In the end, I kinda think they'll just dismiss her testimony.

I believe her convictions were crimes of deceit if I'm not mistaken which can be used to impeach and show credibility (character) along with her depo in which she lied to investigators and then changed her statement after being paid by a tabloid.

To my knowledge crimes of deceit can be used to impeach a witness.
