I don't see how the statement "I really think it was just an accident and it snowballed out of control" can be take out of context. It is what it is!

She said "Casey tried to cover it up"

WHAT is her motivation for being here?????

Because it will make a better story for next weeks National Enquirer:innocent::crazy:

If I were in Vegas... my money would be on LEE being called to the stand out GA as well, if not next, very soon this morning. If anyone of the Anthony's outs GA it will be Lee, not Cindy. moo

Funny how..everybody had something to do with this, besides ICA..everybody, but her. Now I guess everyone will speak out..but her. *eyeroll*

Here's what I take away from this. George did have an affair with her briefly. George may or may not have said anything about an accident snowballing out of control. Whether he did or not, the context of it is that it was something he believed but did not know for a fact. They are mincing words.

I wish George had not lied about this affair under oath. It would have been better to just admit it. But now we know that when he lies, he does it awkwardly, ala the "that's funny" addition to his denial.

I agree. I also think he made the "accident/snowball" statement. At that time, why would she lie about this.

She admitted her sister went to the media to expose her sister's infidelity or supposed infidelity. What kind of sister does that?

And as a twin, I'm doubly insulted!

Is that right -- the text/note she received from George Anthony (the man with whom she is supposedly sleeping) is signed by both George and Cindy???

... or did I hear something incorrectly?

Thanks

If all George said to Holloway is I BELIEVE it was an accident and she (Casey ) tried to cover it up...blow to defense.

I'd love to have a seat in front of the A's right now. I'd be leaning so far back trying to eavesdrop, that I'd pull a muscle in my neck! LOL

Drama queen. Why would she cry while reading the statement? "Oh, look I cried on the stand in the Casey Anthony trial". That's all this is. She wants to be WAY MORE involved in this case than she is.

I hope so, what I want is the TRUTH, the whole TRUTH, and nothing but the TRUTH to come out - but I want it from ALL sides, and I'm not sure we're getting it.

The ONLY truth we need is from ICA and she won't tell it becuase she and the truth are strangers...JMHO

I just need to say that if you have followed this case from day 31...and if you have seen the footage of RC and Kalani outside the A’s house....
If you had read her entire statement stating how she would just go to the house and give Cindy flowers....
You could get a bigger picture of what this woman is all about.

Con artist/cocoa puffs.

Boy....first time I EVER said this....but, JA should just drop it....she said GA "thought" it might be an accident...his "speculation"....she's crying = jury sympathy

I have to go to the dentist. I knew I should have rescheduled...lol

I feel bad for KH, but I believe she put herself here.

LOL, I bet RC wishes she were at the dentist now!

the things is they are not twins born different years 2-3 yrs IIRC

The mistress who isn't a mistress, the twins who aren't twins, the convict who isn't a convict. Go figure.

I don't see how the statement "I really think it was just an accident and it snowballed out of control" can be take out of context. It is what it is!

I don't see how it can even be entered into evidence at all? How is anything tha this woman says not 100% inadmissible hearsay? Even the "affair with GA" stuff is unrelated nonsense with no bearing on the matter at hand and does not go to the truth of the matter. If it happened it happened months after Caylee was dead.

Bet she's not so thrilled about testifying now. I think she'd rather be home!

That's what I thought at first, but now I just think river is enjoying every single minute of her performance.

IMO this is a crucial (if not the crucial) moment of this case. If the jury believe that GA affirmed (not just believed) that it was an accident to the witness it shifts the balance of the case. This is why JA is intent on re-framing the testimony at any cost - even if it means taking statements out of context.
