IMO, JB knows she's full of carp. However, he needs someone- anyone- to keep the concept of ACCIDENTAL DEATH alive for the jury. Forget any sexual innuendo between KH/RC and GA... JB just wants to put forth anything that will create reasonable doubt re. 1st degree murder. IMO, I feel ICA has a good chance that this may come down to second-degree murder, and this testimony bolsters that idea/opens that door. :twocents:
