Yeah Baez is saying it now. All they have is questioning the manner of death and River's testimony is the only thing that directly speaks to that. If the judge reads that statement then the defense is probably screwed. All they have left is Cindy saying she searched for chloroform, which may be impeached by the prosecution on rebuttal, and the pictures of Caylee going up the ladder and with her hand on the sliding glass door.

Although I think lawyering is a strange set of twisted skills, it is what it is. Jose just keeps babywhining: "but judge that's not fair"..."objection....because I disagree" etc., etc., etc. If he wants to play in this park, he needs to use case law and know the game. Instead, he objects based on his feelings and emotions. Crazy. (P.S. I think the law is crazy, too, but that's another story).

Baez is still on the accident when there is NO evidence but the words of a proven liar to say so...I believe he might have just helped sign a death warrant....hoping so anyway...JMHO
