May be giving Cindy too much credit here, but imo she loved Caylee much more than she ever loved Casey.

ergo... (did I just say ergo?)

that may be Cindy's goal....get ICA convicted.

I do not think Cindy is loving mother of the year.

I know such a convoluted plan has a, "The Sting" air to it, but it's not impossible. Oh, God, I just dated myself.

I still contend that Cindy's "argument"/fight with ICA that fateful night precipitated (contributed to.. instigated... incited.... ) innocent Caylee's death.

As in, Cindy to Casey: "Casey, I WILL take custody of Caylee from you and expose all your.... stuff"

and ICA... even tho she may not have wanted Caylee.. (pains me to type that) she didnt want Cindy to have her.

ICA was not going to allow CINDY to have her.

moo

proceed with the veggies.

.

LOVED that movie!!

Cindy really sold her soul for Caylee's killer. So unbelievably sick.

Amen. Caylee has the judge, prosecutors and all of us fighting for justice. No one in her family has been there for her. Even George now is just trying to save himself. So sad.

Kapow....the State is rocking this. I hope the IT friendly folks on the jury can make sure everyone else understands the significance of this.

Whoa - 15 minutes or 5 hours? Don't go contradicting yourselves now SA!

They got Cindy no doubt

Okay, Mr. Baez. What exactly was the purpose of those cross examining questions? How could they have even known they were going to need those records to impeach Cindy before she got on the stand and perjured herself for your client?

IMO

Well, in keeping with the rest of the defense he just helped out the State. :great:

I'm actually shaking my head so hard over the absurdity of it that I'd be thrown out of court for gesturing.

See what this ICA has done...her mother was a hardworking worker who did not take long lunches. Respected IMO.

I wish she were my boss!

I bet CA was a very good employee. She seems to be a no nonsense person who takes pride in what she does.

I don't fault her for that nor do I think less of her. I'd have done the same. It must be a horrible thing to realize your daughter killed and disposed of your only granddaughter and nothing can bring her back and now, you're likely to lose you only daughter too. I can absolutely understand what she did and why she did it, I can't pass judgment on that. In fact, I am able to minimize it (as some may see it) as she lied to protect Casey, she didn't kill any one, she was trying to save her daughter from death. What wouldn't a mother do? I feel many have been far too hard on CA, if I were a betting person I'd bet high that she is disgusted, devastated, and a wealth of other things realizing what Casey did but none of that will bring Caylee back. Now she is in family self-preservation mode.

I seem to know a bit more about computers than Cindy (I am by no means an expert, though) and I would have told the same lie she did and then later remembered "Dam-! They can catch me on that!" If JB knew she was going to testify to that, and he said he did, their advisers should have said "ya know, that can be verified if you were doing any work on work servers...." Should CA be brought up on charges for these lies and were I on a jury for her, I could not convict her. She is doing what mothers do.

JMOO- never any judgment intended to come across when my opinion differs from others, there's room for all of our ideas, thoughts, and feelings. :-)

I am certainly glad this is not how most mothers think and act. Trying to protect your child is understandable; committing perjury to protect the murderer of your grandchild, is not.

As always, IMHO.

Funny, that as much as Nancy Grace talked about the lies.....she said said as a mother she'd "probably do the same thing".

I was sorta surprised by that...but I heard her, go figure..

IMO Cindy is a grown woman and made her own decision to lie on the stand.
