Respectfully, I think it would be more like Cindy feels indignant, and feels she was in the right, and everyone else is lying. She thinks she's 'special'...just like the apple that fell from her tree.

For the life of me, I can't believe CA would lie under oath, on national TV...about actions which are so heavily regulated by FLSA, Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA Regs and company policies!

I don't see the point of this since I thought it was established that when the searches for chloroform were made there were searches for facebook within 20 seconds of each other and CA did not use facebook. Wasn't it verified that CA did not use facebook?

You are correct, BUT it technically could be argued that CA and ICA switched on and off to conduct different searches/use different websites in the same period of time. So that's why all this is necessary so that we can completely remove CA from the house where this computer was.

Thank god there are good people out there who try to do right, who do their jobs, who are smart and honest most of the time. Who help fight for justice.

Now I'm confused. The Gentiva compliance officer stated the computer auto-logged out after 5 hours of no activity.

Ms. Polisano stated the computer would auto-log out after 15 minutes of no activity.

Don't confuse the PROGRAM with the COMPUTER. In other words, if you walk away from your computer to use the bathroom. Most computers will start the screen saver because there is no activity. When you sit down to start using the comp again. Most work comp you would have to log back into the COMPUTER. But the program would still be up and running (like WS)

This is almost a Perry Mason moment, IMO. I just could not understand her blatant lie about this when she was lying about this when she was on the stand, I did not understand how she could not realize her work would have all of this information about her. IMO.
