I do love Canada's National Anthem, but I can never quite figure out the last sentence...so I sing it as I hear it

..."Oh! Canada...I bid my troth to thee!!!" I've seen/read too much Jane Austen n such.
Anyone care to correct me? I kind of like my version, 'cause i love Canada and want to marry it IRL.

When are we starting? Wine & Cheese plate in chambers.....w/ a tiny violinist to accent to proceedings?

O Canada!

Our home and native land!
True patriot love in all thy sons command.

With glowing hearts we see thee rise,
The True North strong and free!

From far and wide,
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

God keep our land glorious and free!
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

All of us at Gentiva worked together in a work sharing program. We gave each other our passwords and covered for each other on a regular basis. If we had to leave the office for some personal business we just got someone to cover. We were all salaried and our manager knew what we were doing. That is why I enjoyed working there so much.

Huh??? I worked in corporate compliance (in New York) for many years (Olsten Kimberly and Gentiva) and can say we / corporate, Medicare and Medicaid certainly weren't aware and it was never identified on an audit while I was working there...:waitasec::waitasec:

Interesting to know...even more interesting to watch the number of audits and compliance activities that will be generated resultant of CA and this trial...

Bone marrow, etc - no expression.

Clearly she forgot "cry at mention of parenting or remains" memo.

I can understand a mother wanting to save her child (Casey) from the death penalty but lying under oath in a court of law is not the way to do that and frankly I find CA utterly despictable. How about getting down on her knees during the penalty phase and pleading for mercy.

And the funny thing is that after knowingly lying to the jury about the searches the jury is less likely to be sympathetic to her begging and pleading for ICA's life. She has lost credibility with them from this point on.

IF ICA is convicted of 1st degree murder ironically the ONLY Anthony who will be able to save her life will be GA. He is the most sympathetic family member that the jury might be moved to save her life if he asked to have it spared.

And if GA does ask to spare her life that will be the sign of absolute unconditional love.

Dr Goldberger was explaining what he received and tested of Caylee

JB has an objection and requests a sidebar.

Whatever happened to the word 'unconditional'?

Unconditional love would mean making sure my child (if he committed such a horrible act) Would pay for HIS actions and making sure the victim received justice.

Go on with your big, bad self to your Super Secret Sidebar, Jose. You know we'll get to read all about it later, right?

Prosecution is tying up every little loose end into a very big tidy bow!!!:fireworks:

Are they going out of order now? I thought there was going to be more computer experts.... at least one to show that the word "chlorophyll" had not ever been searched at all on the A home computer... :waitasec:

Whatever happened to the word 'unconditional'?

I see it as enabling and endangering the public at large when parents lie to keep their adult children out of jail.

really wonder what ICA thinks at this point....does she still expect to walk out arm in arm with CM or is she expecting the mistrial/retrial that JB told her would happen?

Does she see what we see?

  • #1,175
wonder how late we go tonight?

Hope the state gets their full rebuttal out yet today because JB is going to ask for more time for his sur-rebuttal

Is the Judge obligated to allow this sur-rebuttal?

are they talking about "Za Skull" again?

Whatever happened to the word 'unconditional'?

Unconditional love has nothing to do with helping your child get away with murder. You love your children no matter what...but you do not lie for them, enable them or help them get out of consequences they earned by their own behavior...it is unconditional love to teach your children to accept responsibility for their behavior.

Jury now knows Cindy lied on the stand, and that she did not do the searches in March that will prove ICA premeditated her daughter's death. Is CM having fun yet?
