I'm not pinkfly, but I actually did think Cindy searched for chlorophyll, hand sanitizer, etc. I thought Cindy stretched the truth in terms of the dates during her testimony, but never thought she totally lied about the searches. I thought she was smarter than that. Guess I was wrong...

They should. But it's complicated. Windows will change by itself, but there is a setting to tell it not to. 99.9999999% of people won't touch this becasue they don't know it exists.

Further clouding it is that DST in the USA changed in 2007, I think it was 2007. For the Operating System to know this, a patch needs to be applied. (Windows update). Again for most people this was automatic. But you could theoretically turn it off and have your computer's DST out of sync.
