Essentially JB is saying that he will claim unfair bias by HHJP toward the State - he has no argument about the witnesses themselves. He's essentially threatening this as a basis for appeal.

When clearly HHJP has bent over backward for the Defense....

I can't understand for the life of me why he's letting this go on. They were given the opportunity to bring these issues up after court ended yesterday. Now at the 11th hour, JB wants to bring up more issues. :banghead:
