We understand what the defense is trying to do during this hearing about ASD as it relates to BK. But if I were him, I would be receiving the message that you're "special", not capable, and inferior. He may have agreed to this approach but it is completely emasculating. I don't so much feel sorry for him as I wouldn't want to be represented that way whatsoever.

It may gain him favor in the courts but I'm not sure if he's prepared for the mental consequences. Not to mention what his family must feel. Yowza! JMOO

Hippler is basically accusing the defense of waiting until the last minute to raise discovery concerns, in an effort to get the death penalty removed.

They're Idaho lawyers. It worked for Lori Vallow, so they're trying to get the same for BK.

As I heard it, they were setting up to take advantage of the stipulated IGG tip which the State was onto -- wanting to STOP HER from representing at trial that there are secret tips that can't be talked about.
