I thought he was in the kitchen, putting the garbage into little plastic bags, with his own separate? Sorry if that's incorrect, it's just what I remember.
If I remember correctly, what spurred the task force into entering his parents home, is he opened the inside house door into the garage. His car was parked there.

And at 1:04:04, SG mentions that BK has no "star apps" on his phone. No constellation apps, of which there are several free ones. So he goes star gazing but doesn't have an app that helps you identify the constellation you are looking at? BS!
Habits. Cellebrite.

The ONE night his phone is off, the ONE night his Elantra is circling 1122 King Road, the ONE night his DNA is left on a sheath under one of four stabbed victims, the ONE night bushy brybrows are witnessed is the same ONE night he's suddenly into stargazing and stellar photography? Without an app? Without his phone?

I want to see ALL the other times he had this "habit".

I really REALLY hope a K family member is set to testify about odd behavior when BK came home that Winter break. LE saw some activities outside the house. I want the jury to be told the inside the house story too.🤞
Even if the one sister SG spoke about changes her mind and doesn't help prosecution at trial, it is very damnatory what she did/said in the beginning. SG said she really "helped." AT trial she will have to testify to that.

"However, he wrote down the car’s Washington state license plate number and submitted a list of 13 or 14 Hyundai Elantras he had spotted sometime around Dec. 10 through the Moscow PD tip line." a quote from the article linked below

I'm not sure what you are questioning?

You stated the date of Dec. 7, 2022 was when the ridge share driver notified police about Bk's car.

But, The ride share driver saw BK's car on Dec, 7, 2022 but he didn't submitted a list of 13 or 14 Hyundai Elantras he had spotted sometime around Dec. 10 through the Moscow PD tip line.

Iirc he unlocked the car as well.

I imagine it would have been no surprise to BK's family members to learn he was awake and rummaging in the middle of the night, but does he have no respect for the rights, expectations, conventions of others?

When does he sleep? When normal people are awake, visiting, eating together? To each his own, sure. As long as you're keeping to yourself and hurting no one. Hiding a Kbar purchase, driving to an area you have no reason to be in, right there within a brybrow's reach of what is essentially a sorority house while the rest of the world slumbers? Not OK. And that's before going in and slaughtering anyone.

I get the distinct impression BK does as he pleases.

<My best British accent>. My dear, whatever gave you that idea? 😉

Still not sure what your question is...

The more details that trickle out, the more countermeasures we see, like trying to bury his Kbar purchase. Fiber-free coveralls & Co.
I wonder what we (LE) missed.

Did he swap a license plate or obscure his?

Did he manipulate his cellphone, beyond turning it off?

Was he committed to that morning by virtue of all of his preparation?

Did he construct an alibry that backfired on account of the delay in entry? All that looping left quite a gap for his cellphone, with 90+% battery life, to be offline. Did the hold up mess up a strategy we aren't privy to?

How smug is he, in the courtroom? Inwardly laughing at the parts LE still has wrong? Or deriding AT for failing to see the light? He must be busting at the seams at his brilliance, that they can't see it.

I went into my timeline and changed the Dec 7th from "turning it into LE" to "spotted his Elantra"

Okay, I hit the interesting parts with approximate timestamps so you can go back and watch that portion if you want to. This is all highly paraphrased since we're not doing court record here lol. Unless indicated, it's SG talking or me paraphrasing what he said.

10:01 ...he had stalked that place out 23 times at least that we know, he had done more than that, there's some surveillance that shows that some of the days that he was there, he didn't have his phone on. You know, people got hung up and even myself over the stalking, surveilling, whatever definition you want, he didn't have reasons to be in that location within 100 yards...

10:39 ...and I can guarantee you they've checked his bank records and seen if he was actually shopping...

10:58 ...we talked with the prosecution, we're just like let's make sure we've checked bank records, let's make sure we can define everything that this individual is doing when he was making these trips...you're talking about 23 trips, can that person make a perfect backstory every single time they're driving out there. Sure, some days you can go to Winco and pick up a six-pack but it takes true discipline to do it every single time and I know mistakes were made...

12:54 ...I think there was multiple times he went there and he thought it was going to be the night and he got frustrated because there was a party or there were some people there and he wasn't allowed to do it so he made a rash decision, you know he he rushed himself and he went and did it...

15:34 ...(discussing markings and damages on KG, that there was more to what happened to them) I'll say he struck my daughter, I'll give that out. He punched her...he punched my daughter right in the face...

15:55 ...there's more to it but I got, I'm going to have to sit down with...and make sure I don't say something that's going to play into the case and tie anyone's hands...

17:08 (talking about when they met with the FBI at the satellite office before BK was arrested and they laid out a profile)...it's going to look different than a crime where somebody sneaks in, gets out, doesn't leave a bunch of evidence, a bunch of blood trails out. Early on they said they think this individual picked this community, wouldn't be surprised if he was on Washington side hugging the border. (Talks about Lewis and Clark murders and FBI speculated the area could have been chosen because they don't have a history of IDing their serial killers).

19:03 (talking about how the family had an investigator and early online presence and received a lot of information because of that)

19:25 ...we knew about the sheath before it ever came forward. We knew about the white car day one. (they didn't give out info on certain things because they didn't want fake clues)

24:41 ...I'm trying to help people understand how we know for a fact that JD (KG's boyfriend) isn't involved. there is the whole CAST, went into that neighborhood and people are going to understand that the CAST detail is, though we didn't get some of the timing records, there's still a lot of information that they did get and JD is one of the people where they did get the timing records. Which let you go within feet so they knew when JD's phone was moving. When he was in his bed sleeping and moving around, whether that was under his pillow or was on his blankets or whatever. So they have absolute certainty where JD was that night.

26:46 (this was a little unclear--he refers to grand jury members talking, refers to Blum, some of the other people that are recorded, some things they said)

26:46 ...I remember one of the greatest questions that one of them asked--they asked the judge to verify if he ever had a fishing or a hunting license since he bought the Kbar, since it was delivered to his house, and he didn't (talks in general about the people who will be on the jury are smart and if BK thought they would be a bunch of hillbillies he's mistaken)

28:00 (talking about JD--quiet, never raised his voice or insulted KG, they're planning to spend time together fishing)

29:35 (asked how he found out about the arrest--they called his lawyer Shanon Gray, who called them and sent some pdfs, one of which was the PCA)

31:10 (I'm unclear about this part--something about Andrew Garrett discovery? This had to do with social media connections, was BK following any of the girls, etc.)

31:46 ...it was kind of confusing at the very beginning and I'm sure it was confusing for the investigators because I went in there one day with family and we were like what happened to the LinkedIn, why were you guys into our account? Why did you remove it? (the investigators had no idea what he was talking about and he later on figured out that it was the FBI and that there were two parallel investigations going on, that the FBI wanted clear lines, who would be working on what, and that the feds were working on the stalking angle)

33:48 (there was discussion here about strategy--it seems that SG offered to let them drop the charges for KG and use her as a back-up for a federal prosecution in case something went sideways with the state prosecution. DT, the host, mentioned that BK had crossed state lines to go and park at their residence for at least an hour on one of those nights he had been there. There had been some back and forth between the state and feds about who would take the case and ultimately the FBI felt it was Idaho's case and they should have it)

47:07 ...there was a time where I was trying to be very open about who it was (talking about BK being the killer) but they laid it out in a way that still hasn't come out, there's stuff that is going to literally blow people's mind...

48:00 (talking about alternate suspects and SG said that AT is using the list of tips they, the family, generated before BK was arrested and he was laughing about the irony of that)

50:00 (this was a discussion about a possible tethered phone and vpn and tech stuff that I know some here will find pretty interesting)

53:21 (host asked about him saying that that BK's phone touched the wi-fi at King Road--SG said he knows some stuff that's not public, they were trying to get a hold of records on the router, may have misread what he saw because it would have come out by now)

1:03:52 (talking about stargazing at the park) ...we know exactly all about that park, we've talked to the person that worked at that park, there's cameras at that park...

1:05:12 ...I just thought when that Amazon order went to his door and he's deleting his history and his own family is like what the heck is going on, our brother's like losing his mind...

1:07:17 (talking about the Reddit survey) ...we had people write us letters that were like I was one of the people interviewed and he was obsessed with how I was picking my victims. He was picking victims. This guy said I told him I picked my victims after they called 911 or their neighbors called 911 on them for a noise complaint and the husband or the boyfriend was hauled off to jail. Then he would go and he goes there are certain neighborhoods where they had money, then I would go in there because I knew the male wasn't there and he said BK called him back repeatedly and he said I got the sense that he was really enjoying my stories and how I was telling passed out women butt naked and he went into those and was just like he really liked my story. He really liked that. And then I started wondering, well who was calling 911 on these kids, especially in the daytime in the middle of the day. They're next to a stadium, a football stadium. How do you get a noise complaint in a college town in the daytime. So, you know, maybe you're trying to figure out how long it takes them to show up.

1:08:32 ...if you were to call 911 while there's a party does everybody not come back...and if you get a warning that if we come back here we're going to find you, somebody's going to jail. Might be a time where you want to sneak in or do a little surveillance around that house because that might be the time where you want to go in there because the last thing they want to do is pick up and call 911...

1:13:38 (talking about the ASD diagnosis) ...I heard that came from his mom who went and dug through old records...somebody went and found some of his old records and tried to convince the defense that they could use those to make an excuse for his odd behavior because there's going to be student after student after student to talk about how they had a running tally on this guy of all the weirdness that he was doing and the inappropriate behavior that this guy had...(there's some talk here about an accusation at WSU, an investigation and that he was cleared and maybe why things were being written down)

1:19:19 ...people who talk all this madness about DM, she's been huge to the case, actually massive to the case, and you're going to find out that the late 911 call is actually going to be probably the final nail in his coffin so there's even benefits to the most tragic parts. I mean a late call, if it leads to different evidence then it's a good thing. And I say that knowing my daughter wasn't going to survive.

1:20:21 (talks about the blood evidence, it wasn't all over the place, at least two victims drowned in their own stab wounds and that explains why the blood was contained)

1:21:49 (talking about the knife and other evidence) ...I know some of the background of where they looked and what they were trying to find... (probably buried, the shovel in his car is not one used for snow, it's used for dirt)

1:32:40 (notes that 14 hours after the thumbs up picture he called in sick, only day he ever called in, talked about exclusive knowledge again--if you know about certain parts of a crime before it's made public or maybe before it even happens it's pretty damning)

1:33:25 ...when I say family I believe it's just one sister that was really really helpful...(talking about the knife order) ...somebody was able to tell them exactly when that happened even though the history had been deleted...

1:35:29 ...he had been removed from so many different situations because some girl came forward all the way up to WSU, all the way to WSU they were still, he was still getting away with it, still being able to harass these girls and you know it's a very frustrating thing to see how many failures led to your daughter's death...

1:38:26 (talking about the exclusive knowledge gained from the late 911 call again) ...he felt very confident to return to that scene at 9:00 right? I wonder why he felt so confident...

Anyone can feel free to copy and paste and fill in gaps.
47:07 ...there was a time where I was trying to be very open about who it was (talking about BK being the killer) but they laid it out in a way that still hasn't come out, there's stuff that is going to literally blow people's mind...

[I believe one of those victims is EC. At the beginning of each thread there are pictures in a link. I am going to post what I believe is where EC died. The blood does look contained to the right side of the bed. 😔

Yeah, I agree & think the thumbs up selfie was probably a 'job well done ' moment memorialised.

But my conjecture was that he may have done some intense, obsessive car cleaning that evening when his phone stops connecting to the network for about 3 hours in that rural area within pinging range of Johnson ID. ( Per PCA).

So his selfie is time stamped 10.30am that morning at his apartment as far as I know. At that point, I kinda think he wouldn't have engaged in much intense car cleaning because day light and neighbour's. Jmo

Oops. Thanks for pointing that out. I must have had a brain blip.

YES!

Furthermore, he repackages things to his brain for acceptability. He's not willing to follow societal expectations. I know a narcissist like that who puts a spin on everything reinventing the truth. I avoid her at all costs. JMOO

Critical information. Thank heavens she aided LE.

BK's family didn't ask for this. I have to say -- huge respect for this sister for telling hard truths. We see all kinds of families here, too often ones who turn a very blind eye, defending, perpetuating. He put his family in a terrible position. I commend her. It can't be easy.

His parents likely have him every protection, every opportunity to be successful in life. And this is how he chose to thank them.

They were living with a stranger.

***SG says there are cars like Teslas that have dashcams and they have him on video driving by that night.

***Also he says there were other times outside of the 23 times that he did go close to their home and his phone was off.

If what Steve G says is true, then I feel that Bryan is getting so close to death row he needs to take a plea deal. Literally plea for his life. He is young enough to live long enough to make it to a date with the grim reaper.

From SG interviews:

1.) Bryan was looking up the murders before they were discovered.

2.) Bryan is seen on dash cam video driving by the house.

3.) There were other times - outside of the 23 times - that he did go close to their home and his phone was off.

4.) Bryan's phone touched the victims' WiFi.

I thought about this. I understand in reading previously that one (or both) sister was a psychologist. Imagine the introspection you get from your young brothers childhood looking back. Combined with your interactions, his recent move to Pullman/WSU to pursue criminology, and your impressions during 2022 family time. You would have to act! You could also be in danger.

I understood that the father was a HVAC professional and the mother a paraprofessional, both at his school. I sort of guess that they were concerned about young BK, struggling with how to support him, and both took positions when available at his school. If I am remotely accurate, that says something about their concern. This is speculation, of course. And I deeply feel for them. BK is their son and they cannot just abandon him. It is complicated.

I do however, wonder if they try to see his needed support as normal/a stage and inadvertently contributed to the problem, not setting established boundaries or intervening early on. As you do with most forms of denial, you can wait too long or stay in denial. Combine this with his individual issues of heroin and 130# weight loss during important growth periods for the developing brain. It is a lot. I do not want to be overly harsh. I, myself, would strugle with how to assess, prioritize, and get him the support he needed. JMOO

If accurate, #1 is hard evidence. That would be so very damning. JMOO

The part where he talked about the Reddit survey was crazy. I don't know if BK was actually responsible for some of those noise complaints on the King Rd house or if he had a scanner and heard them or it's just all coincidence, but it makes you look at the police cams of those calls a little differently. Were those girls being set up? I did always think it was strange and just wondered if there were non-university people living in that area who called them in. SG makes some really good points about being able to observe response times and being afraid to call 911 if you've had warnings, etc.
