Inmates have the right to send and receive mail while incarcerated, as protected by the First Amendment. Under the First Amendment, U.S. citizens have the right to the freedom of speech. Freedom of speech includes the right to read books and magazines, the right to call or write to your family and friends, the right to criticize government or state officials, and much more. The rules of this amendment apply to inmates, however, censorship regulations exist for those who have been incarcerated.

Their incoming and outgoing is heavily censored, with the exception of Privileged Legal Mail.
Also, no talk violence, drugs, gang related matters, nudity, etc. are allowed.

After Albertson's, BK's phone is off for 5 hours. Except for 4 minutes when he turns it back on. Documents say it was using a "tower consistent with" earlier on the day, right after the murders.

Did BK return to his killkit disposal area? Did it occur to him that he lost track of the sheath? What was so important that he turned his phone back on?

I can't wait until the full CAST report hits the courtroom!

It's almost impossible for me to watch these interviews with the parents. I know SG said he wanted the public to remember the evil monster and what he did, but AB asking such intimate, brutal questions about his daughter's (Kaylee) injuries just doesn't sit well with me.

I know...I could/should just not click on it. I feel such deep compassion for the families of these victims and the survivors too, it breaks my heart. Sometimes knowing such detail is much too hard for me to process. Like CS photos, autopsy reports, etc.

These are real people, who suffered horrible deaths and left behind many loved ones way too soon. Sending healing strength and support to all of them now and in the weeks, months to come. I cannot imagine their pain.

If the defense expert that is apparently going to insist that two people participated in the murders, and is going to suggest that more than one weapon was used, is going to base it partly on the report that Kaylee suffered a broken nose, that expert will be completely dissed by the jury, as common sense would tell most people that a man the size and build of BK, who was trained in boxing, could easily have broken Kaylee's nose with one punch to the face. And if we learn that there were more punches to KG, or punches to other victims, XK most likely, that changes nothing, as it pertains to his argument. With the condition his victims were in, BK's fist more than qualified as a weapon. JMO

DM had her phone on her, XK had her phone on her....  their cellphone analyses will be so telling. It'll show exactly what time DM ran downstairs, it'll show where XK went in the house (assuming she took her phone with her), which door she got her food from, whether she used any staircases. That SG mentioned the phones and LE knowing their "steps" tells me LE has that data!

I bet they have a solid theory of how it unfolded.

Or his hatred for disturbing his perfect, time detailed crime. Especially coming from a man who hates change.

Remember in the Murdaugh trial his cell could count his steps. And in the Delphi, Liberty's phone could count steps up and down (or was it feet) and at what time.

Agreed. Both being physical and stabbing are often personal attacks. BK hates women. My opinion.

Cell phones can't do this - track a person's movements in a house. The victims would have had to be recording themselves to get that kind of detail.....or use a fitness app that counts steps. Their texting back and forth has provided more details on their movements depending on what they actually said in the texts.
