What is the evidence we know of for sure from the prosecution standpoint? Just trying to keep a simple list.
1) Perfect DNA match to BK thru the knife sheath left at crime scene. Only 1 in 5 octillion chance not him.
2) Video of a white Elantra multiple passes by house which BK had a white Elantra too.
3) Phone records - multiple times close by house late at night
4) Phone records - turned off an hour or so before and north of the murders and turned back on south and after the murders.
5) Description of intruder from survivor that is consistent with BK.
6) Amazon records regarding purchasing and repurchasing K-bar knife. Attempt to delete purchase records.
7) Suspicious behavior in PA (probably filmed) with regard to moving trash around outside late at night.
8) BK admits he was not at home but was out driving around at 4AM when the murders occurred.
And are any of these POTENTIAL pieces of evidence official?
9) Internet searches for murders that morning but before 911 call made and the bodies were discovered?
10) Residue of (highly unusual) bleach being used to clean the interior of his car?
11) Altercation/threat taken seriously by University of one of his female students previously?
12) His research: what's it feel like to kill someone?
Anything else that we know of?
