There's absolutely
zero doubt in my mind he did this. Fox 13 notes in a recent article that his phone pinged nearly a dozen times to a tower that provides coverage to an area within 100 feet of the King Road house. All these little late night drives of his were after that pool party.
Article breaks down information related to the pings, continues:
In the first two weeks of October 2022, around a month before the killings, records show that Kohberger allegedly visited an area near the same cellphone tower three more times.
Zero, no doubt he did it, he didn't anticipate he'd ever bungle things up with the sheath and there's all, all kinds of evidence readily available now, now that he made that error. And maybe this isn't stalking per se, but in the context of the crime, it's surveillance, he's surveilling the victims and the CS.
Like many others on here, I've always thought he was guilty. But so many questions, what was the thud? Is it certain he entered through the 2nd floor slider? If so, how'd he know it was going to be open? Alternatively, if he broke in, isn't the timing of that somewhat complicated with Xana's doordash? While I know he could certainly do it fairly quietly, it would be something of a risk. And did he really murder first on the third floor? I don't think anyone in LE has confirmed this as of yet, right? But it would seem to be the case BK started on third floor since DM woke up at 4am hearing the noises upstairs that she thought was someone playing with the dog. (But could acoustics have perhaps impacted that perception?) . And as far as BK surprising XK and giving her any significant time to respond (like to find a weapon), jmo but I don't think so because we're talking maybe a second or two or I'm sure she'd have screamed.
Hey guys, random question:
How do you think BK actually got into the house?
It may not matter.. .but make sense of the map of his movements versus the victims.
Sliding door on 2nd floor?
Climbing up to 3rd floor balcony and using that sliding door?
A window?
A door?
I think most of us assume it was the 2nd floor sliding door since he came down the steps to the 2nd floor before killing 2 more before exiting. but do we actually know?
Your thoughts?
Think the third floor was too unnecessarily risky in terms of entry. Why take risks having some random person at a distance see him trying to play Spiderman unless he knows that door's unlocked, which he probably doesn't? Since I think he was surveilling the area, he may have been watching to see if people visiting that house just cruised right in through the front door If so, he'd know that was an option. But if he did that, he probably
also watched to see if people just cruised through the back slider, too. And that would be the better option. Do we know what kind of illumination it was back there, and if it was constant? Or if it was a switch v automatic? If one of the entryways was dark while others were illuminated, my guess is that might suddenly become "the best" option. Just guessing, though, and I hope we ultimately get some answers on all the questions.
