Indeed, and she would have seen RA in the distance near the cemetary as she drove from Mears' Farm towards him, but seeing him up close while passing him would have happened quite quickly.

One thing I do not recall much info thrown around was when the car at CPS was first noticed gone - even if hours later. Not as versed with the timeline, obviously. Was there anything after SC’s car?

Snipped: If his car was noticed after 2:28 p.m. it wasn't in RA's PCA.

The only thing we have to indicate the car might have been there later is Doug Carter's plea in 2019 at the second sketch presser.

The last time a car was sighted at the old CPS building was just before 2:30pm.

The session ended with two questions from the jury. The first question asked if there was a way bridge to get where the girls were without crossing the bridge, and Holeman answered, “There’s an unapproved way.” Ultimately, Holeman said everyone was on the bridge.

The second question was if he knew if Libby’s dad was shouting for the girls. He said no.

He said he interviewed Allen at the ISP Lafayette Post following . Allen’s wife Kathy came with him. Holeman said, at first, he didn’t plan on arresting Allen at the start of the interview, but read him his Miranda Rights anyway.

The pool video at the pub is interesting. I didn’t notice RA drinking but it looked like his wife was hovering around to supervise him. There’s not many people who hang around pubs who are adamant abstainers. No other friends or associates spoke out about RA after his arrest but for the pub people. Not to judge but that video alone leans me toward believing alcohol was a big factor in his life. MOO

Also his neighbors say they would often seen him after work drinking beer outside his garage.

I can't find it now but somewhere earlier here someone posted a motion I think from the defense to try and get the 2nd interview/interrogation out and it says that there is no recording of the Miranda rights and the defense didn't receive the Miranda form that im presuming RA would sign after being Mirandized? I just saw it when I was trying to catch up on break so I might be wrong.

Now that we're nearing the two-year mark since he was arrested, I wonder, beyond sexual motivation, what brought Richard Allen to this moment. I keep flipping back and forth that this was planned vs this was a chance encounter.

And the interesting part about that is, the clothing, the car, and the gun was unknown to LE at the beginning when he gave his first statement.

However, LE had information about his phone and that is the one item that is missing.

According to the timeline that's been testified to so far, we know BB's car was seen leaving the MHB area at 2:18pm. I don't think she would have seen any of the aftermath or anything SC saw.

According to RA's PCA BB left at 2:14 p.m. but I agree BB was long gone before the SC sighting.
