All of us want RA to have a fair trial. In my opinion, it’s his attorneys that are stifling a fair trial with their lies and half-truths they have fostered once they realized their client was most likely, guilty.
I disagree with this, for court appointed public defendants they have gone above and beyond for Richard Allen, I would be very happy to have them as my attorneys. They have fought tooth and nail for him whether you like their tactics or not

There's a more in here that wasn't brought out in media yet.

In my amateur opinion he’d been fantasizing about sa with young girl(s) for a very long time and that day decided to act on it. Who knows what he's done in the past and just was never caught? moo
At this point I am almost positive he has either gotten away with sexual crimes or been involved with CSAM in the past, or both. Like 97%.

He said he was a “sex addict”. I don’t know exactly what he means by that, but I believe him.

"Once at the trail, he stated, ‘I laid I wait.’”

I don't know enough to weigh in on the details, but I want RA to have a fair trial because it's a human right and I want justice for the girls. I believe RA committed this crime, and of course I want a fair trial.

That's completely different, imo. It's not unusual for a defendant to try for an appeal. There can be worthy issues and errors to examine and the appeals process handles that without riling up people to believe the process is unfair.

My hunch is youtubers are building their channels by creating more controversary than actually exists.

Nothing particularly wrong with that, but I see them gathering a following who take their streams as gospel. But, I realize this will be an unpopular stance because some of them are likeable and knowledgeable.

But this process HAS been unfair. There’s a reason all the lawyers agree on this.

They are adding more and more by the minute from today.

The prosecution plays another call from April 3, 2023 that Allen made to his wife. Allen says “I did it. I killed Abby and Libby.” Kathy says “No you didn’t, no you didn’t dear. Don’t say that, you weren’t feeling well, they messed up your meds.”

Kathy asks “why would you say that?” Allen responds “Maybe I did?” Kathy says “they are messing with your mind, something is not right. They are screwing with you there. Don’t you ever say you did it, I know you didn’t.” Allen responds “I think I did.” Kathy says “they’re fooling with you, trying to get you to say things.” Allen asks to apologize to the families. Kathy says “just don’t talk anymore.”

<modsnip - not an approved source> the Prosecutors and KG on MS disagreeing with that sweeping generalisation.

Edit: spelling?

There are many things that I also find questionable but that doesn't require me to go ga-ga over youtubers.

He did say he molested his female cousin, along with two other males, and had been molested himself.

That was when he was much younger though.

So you’ve got that on one end, and a brutal sexually motivated double murder on the other.

There’s just got to be something in between.

ITA! It's each person's responsibility to know the background of a YT-er, as well as to read/listen/research more than just what is being presented. Some molehills are indeed mountains, while others are simply molehills. Legal opining by defense lawyers (or YT crime channel speakers) does not always a mountain make. Common sense seems to have flown to the wind the last few years.

Here we go:

At 9:30 a.m. the state called Indiana State Police Master Trooper Brian Harshman. Harshman tells the jury he has been with the ISP for 30 years. He says he became involved in the Delphi investigation in April 2020.

Harshman tells the jury he became “the phone guy,” meaning he monitored Allen’s communication from inside custody to the outside world. He says he monitored calls, video chats, and texts. He says he has listened and relistened to 700 hours of Allen’s calls.

Harshman tells the jury that Allen either calls his wife or his mother. Harshman says that yes, Allen makes incriminating statements. The prosecution references a call on Nov. 11, 2022 that Allen made to his wife Kathy.

Nice. Well before discovery.

Wala said Allen said he was “selfish and cowardly most of his life and took Abby and Libby’s lives to preserve his own.” He “almost appeared relieved” after sharing his confession with her, she said.

Thanks for the update. It truly sounds like RA was very confused and detached from reality.

Yes, I agree. Something was going on with him from a young age. I don't know what to make of some of his statements about who did things to him and who he did things to (other than Abby and Libby), but those might be matters for different charges later or SOL might have ran out, I don't know Indiana's laws on that. It sounds like he could be the victims in some things at a young age and maybe that shaped who he became as far as what he's done now. It seems it went from a point when he was underage (babysitter, grandparent, sister, friends he talked about things happening) and then to 2010 with alcohol issues and mental health struggles and sex addiction. So there is like 25 years between things he said happened in childhood and when he is on the bridge on 2/13..

The importance of the other confessions is the detail. The importance of these recorded ones will be his state of mind while saying he did it.

Seven audio tapes from inside the Correctional Facility were played for jurors. On the tapes is Richard Allen talking to his wife in April, May and June of last year. There are several admissions of guilt, but Allen provides no details.

He also got information from his lawyers and apparently from his psychologist.
Well the only info he would have gotten from his psychologist, Dr. Wala, if any, would have been the stuff out there in internet land. The rumours and the Great Odinist Conspiracy.

Yet, none of his confessions seem to include anything about this Great Odinist Conspiracy - which has now been debunked regardless.

His psychologist would not, and did not, have access to his discovery.

He sounds more sincere than does she.

MOO, obviously.
