Not the pantry at the Leongatha property though, the pantry which was cleaned out was at the Mount Waverly property
"The police noted Patterson had a second property in Mount Waverley, in Melbourne, and asked her if they would find any Asian-grocer style food there, but she explained they would not because she was in the process of cleaning it out to sell it and had recently emptied that pantry."

Thanks. The Australian article did not even mention the Mount Waverley property. Maybe they missed that detail.
I remember that property went up for auction - on Saturday 16th November 2013, at a price guide of $960,000 to $1.05 million.
Possible that she cleaned its pantry out 3½-4 months earlier, or there were never any Asian-grocer style foods there anyway.

The three-bedroom residence has a price guide of $960,000 to $1.05 million. It is not the property where the mushroom lunch was served.
