Returning to the service station video -

I've just realised she was carrying something small and black, and I would say rectangular, in her right hand as she entered the service station, and she came out of the restroom without it. You have to look carefully to see it, but it's definitely visible on several occasions.

It's not her keys, because she's holding them in her left hand as she approaches the restroom, and then she transfers the keys to her right hand as she comes out of the restroom.

It's not a doggy waste bag either, IMO, because she uses that hand with the black object held in it, it would appear, to tuck her hair behind her left ear shortly after she enters the shop area.

IMO
Just wondering why you do not appear to have watched all of the video, and only comment on the small black rectangular object in her hand when she enters the service station and exits the restroom door, but not after she finishes paying at the checkout on her way out, where the video shows what appears to be the same black object in her hand + the car keys?

As I understand it, the beef wellington leftovers were collected from the bin and the fruit platter and gravy were collected from the fridge?
And all put in the same evidence bag?

And all put in the same evidence bag?

I'm not sure that detail is available to us. What we do know is they weren't collected at the same time.

remember when EP claimed sitting in the car was a 'cork' for her alleged diarrhoea? Lmao

It has often been stated that EP is an intelligent woman.
With evidence presented, and past accounts, she is can be labelled as 'rough, rude, unpleasant, dishonest, unlikable, a triple murderer and attempted murderer' etc.

Many other descriptions of this person can be added.

Let these horrid descriptions of her, constantly alert others of her character.

Being referred to as being 'highly intelligent', would be so satisfying for her, and I hope the many other descriptions, follow her, whenever she is referred to.
These can't be omitted: her character needs to be unmasked.

It could be a credit card case. Maybe an RFID one like this. I think someone else mentioned it earlier. View attachment 610278
could be but her phones have those flip cases with credit cards inside so I don’t see why she would have one of these?

I think it’s really important that people know she’s intelligent because too many people were looking at her actions through the lens of a bumbling fool making stupid sloppy mistakes rather than a calculated methodical killer.

I’m not seeing the same object here. IMO
Which has me thinking that that she might have dumped the original black object she went into the restroom with, in the restroom bins.

Maybe she has both? There's also the fact that she was changing phones after the lunch so maybe she didn't have that case with her when she was driving that day.

I have a phone case with those slots but I don't put my credit cards in there because I am afraid they will fall out. So I keep them elsewhere.

Since there isn't anything distinguishing about what she was holding, unless there's a photo that really shows it, the possibility of figuring out what it is isn't high.

I wasn't denying the fact that they'd been poisoned by DC. I was referring to the fact that a DC-specific test (amanita?) only showed up in Don I think due to the amounts they're dealing with.

I'm far from a scientist and was using it to ask the question about the remains in the bin, and whether that test could also not demonstrate DC 100% of the time and be dependent on timing etc.
It depends on the timing of testing, apparently. By the time the women were tested for DC I believe it had been over 48 hours so it was out of their systems by then.

With the samples, I think you mean? I don't think the spores would degrade except for maybe with extensive UV light exposure? I'm not sure.
  • Amatoxins are exceptionally stable chemical compounds—thermostable substances that do not degrade with heat, freezing, or drying. Their toxic potency remains intact even after cooking or freezing.
  • A detailed study of α‑amanitin stability shows that amatoxins are highly resistant to environmental conditions, including heat, acidic pH, and digestive enzymes.

What's the most bald faced lie EP told the court in your opinion?

So why do you think she went into the toilets and came out a few seconds later?

Are you asking me? Or everyone?

I couldn’t tell you. She disagreed with all of the professionals and evidence and even her own children. It was all dishonest, IMO.

Oooh so many to choice from. My opinion is her greatest lie was when she said she didn't put death cap mushrooms in the meals she served her guests.

We might have an easier go of listing what truths she told.

I'll start.

1. I think she got her name right.
2.

Anyone? Anyone?

Asian mushrooms
Ate an orange cake
Had to pack a ballet bag
Stopped roadside to uncork
Her stool sample that wasn't stool
Never owned a dehydrator
Owned one a long time ago
Keeps owner's manuals for appliances she never or no longer owns
Fed her children beef, scraped off mushrooms

Too many to pick from

In what way Jess?
Sorry, I was on my way out this morning and didn't have time to post in detail. When she enters the service station her car keys are in her left hand and the black object is in her right hand. She has the black object ready in her right hand, as she knows that she's going to dispose of it. She then goes into the entrance to the toilets and when she comes out, the car keys are in her right hand and the black rectangular object is not in her left hand. She goes over to look at the sandwiches and picks up a packet of something with her free left hand and then swaps it over to her right hand. Then she picks up a packet of sandwiches in her left hand and also swaps that over to her right hand. Then she walks over to the drinks fridge and doesn't buy anything and then walks over to the lollies. She bends over and it looks like she picks up a packet of lollies, which she also places in her right hand where she is holding the other food and the car keys are then clearly seen in her left hand as she goes to the counter to pay for her goods. The black rectangular item is no longer in either of her hands. She disposed of it when she entered the hallway to the toilets.

Which pretty much confirms that you still haven't seen my post and pics of the black object in her hand after she paid at the counter and is walking to the exit.
