Why the lack of update from QPS today? They’ve done a daily update since the crime scenes were established
Hard to know who to believe!
Friday 23rd
“On Friday night, police announced they had discovered an item of potential interest in the national park.
Detective Acting Inspector Thompson said at the time the police diving squad searched a creek.
'Police have subsequently been conducting some searches of the Good Night Scrub National Park in the hopes of finding some evidence in relation to her disappearance,' he said.
'There are no specific persons of interest, however, police are following up all avenues of enquiry.'
Police did not say if the item that was found was connected to Pheobe.”

Police have not confirmed what the brown evidence bags contained, or whether it was linked to Pheobe's disappearance.”

Family describes missing teen Pheobe Bishop as 'feisty' and 'strong-willed'
The family of missing 17-year-old Pheobe Bishop have issued a statement, while forensic police have collected a number of items from bushland west of Bundaberg as part of their investigations into her disappearance.www.abc.net.au
Sunday, 25th
“Police have been searching for Ms Bishop in bushland and waterways in the Good Night Scrub National Park.
The operation, which has involved members of the dive squad, has not yet located any items of interest according to the latest update from police.
On Saturday, items were seen being collected by forensic police in brown evidence bags.
It is not yet known if those items are connected to the case.”
No he listed it 25 weeks agoAccording to marketplace JW listed the sale of his motor home just over a week ago. That would fall around the week Pheobe went missing.
I have tried and failed to figure out what the new name + profile pic means. Hopefully the smart ones on here will figure it out
Ah ok. It’s presented as “listed over a week ago”No he listed in 25 weeks ago

You need to revisit that listing. It was listed well over a week ago.According to marketplace JW listed the sale of his motor home just over a week ago. That would fall around the week Pheobe went missing.
I hope you are barking up the wrong tree / have taken the wrong round about exit…but fear you have not. Too much time has marched on for a young, and understandably upset kiddo to have run away and not realised it’s time to say I’m not missing, I’ve gone, by my own choice. That’s ok, too.My 2 cents
The car will have DNA of Pheobe and household contacts in it, as a part of normal day to day life.
1. I suspect LE have CCTV or other proof Pheobe was in the grey Hyundai that morning
2. I suspect the grey Hyundai has signs of a struggle inside but no definitive signs of a murder. Hence why the car is central to LE investigations.
3. I suspect a mobile phone ping (of Pheobe or a POI) has led them to the Good Night Scrub Park
4. I suspect they need public help with dash cam footage to help LE unequivocally link the grey Hyundai with the ping in the Good Night Scrub park
I assume the boyfriend may have reported Pheobe as missing?
“The alarm was raised when Pheobe failed to show up in Western Australia.”
“Police issued a missing person's report about 6pm on Friday, May 16.”
“On Wednesday, six days after Pheobe went missing, police said they were treating her disappearance as "suspicious" and two crime scenes had been established.”

What we know about the disappearance of 17yo Pheobe Bishop
Police have expanded their search for missing Bundaberg teenager Pheobe Bishop, appealing for information on movement in the Good Night Scrub National Park.www.abc.net.au
This is also why I was so curious if TB was a cousin or somehow related to Pheobe.I really wish it was clear if she spoke to her boyfriend at 8:30am on the morning of the 15th on the phone. I keep reading conflicting reports.
For example…
“According to a family member, Ms Bishop never checked in for her flight. “She didn’t check in for her flight to visit her boyfriend who she spoke to on the phone at 8.30am,” they said, reported The Sun.”

This really is a hard one to work out (unless you’re LE)Has there been an image released of Pheobe walking along the road toward the airport? Do we know who reported seeing her there?
Gosh so many unknowns for us ‘sleuthers’. Obviously LE have so much more info and hopefully they’ll have a breakthrough soon (that they can publicly share!).
Re point 2 it coukd in fact be the boot of interestMy 2 cents

it obviously wasn’t planned extensively by whoever is responsible for PB disappearance because both flatmates knew PB’s BF was expecting her in WA. And you would think they would have text him to say I decided not to come I’ll call you tomorrow whatever.I assume the boyfriend may have reported Pheobe as missing?
