I think it might be the opposite. Russia is the world's 2nd largest supplier of potash. They want to open up Russia's export abilities by lifting sanctions.

It will help Russia fund their war effort and maybe end up being part of the Canada/US trade war.
I am pretty sure that the US currently gets something like 85% of its potash from Canada.

Let's not worry about opinion polls, which can be manipulated to produce whatever result you want. Let's look at real world votes. Thus far this cycle, in State level special elections the Democrats have consistently outperformed their 2024 Presidential Election performance by double digit figures. Only last night they flipped a State Senate seat in Pennsylvania that that should have been rock solid Republican. If the 2026 elections are free and fair I'm confident that the American people will pass judgement on this clown show by smashing the GOP at the ballot box. The 2026 elections being free and fair is a big "if", though.

I don't know much about USA politics, but it sounds like Congress is the only group that can stop Trump. That is where protests need to happen. Peaceful, un-armed, protesters need to get the attention of Congress all day every day and force them to stop the runaway train.

Media blitz is another option. Forget Fox - that is owned by the Whitehouse. CNN is ignored as Democrat. Use twitter and instagram - that's the language of people under age 40. Make noise as loud as Hamas did to gain USA student support for Gaza - that was an organized, structure, targeted social media attack aimed at students. Use the same methods.

Saturday protests are planned for every state.
We are trying Otto. Don't forget there are more guns than people in the US. The government must be seen as the aggressor not We the People for Peace and Prosperity for All.

Whoa. Canadian Tesla dealers submitting false numbers for subsidy payments. Four dealers claim to have sold a total of 8600 vehicles in 72 hour just before the Canadian rebate deadline.

That would be sellling 120 vehicles per hour for 72 hours. Not at all plausible. Note that none of the rebate money they are claiming goes toward the people who are supposed to have purchased the phantom Teslas.

Who on earth would have told them to do something like that to defraud the Canadian government of $43 million Canadian?

Perhaps the 4 dealerships who submitted the fraudulent claims should be barred from sales for the next 20 years or so.
