I thought people were trying to figure out if contractors visiting the house might have set up the kidnapping. Doesn't matter the race of contractor. Don't see race in any scenario where a worker may be involved.
I heard on one of the talk shows that a neighbor mentioned to LE how very white NG roof is and that it must be new work. I assume they followed up with that contractor. They spent some time on roof in the last few days and found another camera up there. Could a worker have planted that up there?

Is this what launched the bar thing? It's obvious conjecture. JMO
In this post, it is clearly understood as speculation. In other posts I read, which did not quote this one, the bar visit was cited as a fact.

Regarding the “church call”, what changed in approximately 17 hours between the filing of the complaint and the sheriffs presser? At approximately 6:02 PM on February 4th, LE had realized the ransom was a hoax by Callella. The last pressor from the Tucson sheriff was February 5th at approximately 11 AM. Lack of follow through from whoever filed the complaint? It just seems odd to me that the church call was added to the complaint but omitted from the timeline and pressor.
I said this yesterday and I don’t think many people agreed with me but I think the sheriff was only using 100% time stamped, black and white facts in the timeline and that’s the reason the call was omitted. There’s already so much back and forth and confusion already because he previously said the family got to her house “around 11” but then revealed it was actually 11:56am.

The call to the family is absolutely meaningful. But it doesn’t actually confirm anything with the timeframe of when she went missing. The timing of the call also doesn’t mean that’s when someone noticed her absence. It means that’s when someone became so alarmed, they contacted her family. If you include the time of the call in your official timeline, people are going to ask what time the church service was, what time the friend texted or called NG, etc.

Like another user stated, the church phone call has never been debunked. The sheriff himself said it and now it’s referenced in an FBI document.

This is important because this contradicts the ‘official timeline’. The FBI must release an updated ‘official timeline’. Unbelievably we have a representative from the FBI giving swore testimony in an Arizona Federal Court that destroy’s the ‘official timeline’.

This stretches the credibility of this investigation. It does not instill confidence in the veracity of the information released by the FBI. I would categorize it as sloppy.

The FBI needs to clarify this but I won’t hold my breath.

could you elaborate on how this federal complaint destroys the official timeline? The official timeline contains exact, to the minute, times of key events. While that timeline doesn't mention the call or communication from church friend, this complaint, which only contains broad approximation of times, supports that a communication from such an individual did indeed occur.

How does complaint destroy timeline? In my mind both timeline and complaint can be true?

June 20, 2025. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Tucson Sector and Mexican authorities located and raided a cartel safe-house which stored military-grade machine-guns, ammunition, heavy ordinance, stolen vehicles, and drugs.
Are you aware that the Tucson BP Sector covers 262 miles of border between Yuma County to the Arizona/New Mexico state line?

Are you somehow implying that this unsourced statement indicates that Tucson is controlled by cartels? If that is the case, why do you think the cartel allowed this to happen

Also on the VPN topic, maybe this is stating the obvious, but just to make my personal opinion clear:

While I do think that it's not as hard as people believe to hide your origin, I also am not confident that's happening here. It's entirely possible that LE does know where those messages came from, but just hasn't released that information publicly. There's obviously a lot about this investigation that they're not telling us, and this could be one of those things.

Would like to know what if anything significant was discussed at the dinner and game night before ?
Also if there was anyone else at the mahjong game outside of family ?

Afaik, the Uber driver was the very last person to see Nancy outside of family.
Did she return home that night for 100 % certainty.

Is it possible there was a crime scene that happened elsewhere and the blood drops were placed at Nancy's house.
All it would take is to extract a bit of blood via syringe from a living person and let it drip at her doorstep thus making LE think Nancy was standing alive outside her home that night.
Jmo.

I'm honestly beginning to think that she has been gone for awhile now. Hard to say if the actual kidnappers are the ones communicating with them but I'm beginning to think the family is just being toyed with at this point.

Does someone have to be in debt to motivate them to commit a violent crime for money? Could it just be envious of other's lifestyle? Anxiety over future financial resources? Or even someone hating their job and seeing no other career path?
or frustrated that caregiving and managing NG's home fell on them due to proximity? Did not get enough help from siblings? This can happen in families.

Interesting! I am guessing it could depend on the app and pacemaker involved? The way some WSers described it sure did seem to be saying there was daily communication to DL data only. If the disconnect message showed up every time the devices were out of range, that could add up to many disconnects during the day if one does not keep the phone close.
Here's a Link to more information for those that are curious.

I'd be surprised if she was alive after the day she was taken.

I’m sure yesterday there was an update from the Sheriffs office which stated there were NO suspects and NO POIs. If this is the case, the family are victims.
In almost every case like this with this kind of media attention they say this. They will continue to say it until an arrest is made.

I agree...but I find it hard to square (if we're looking at AG and SIL) that they would be dumb enough to make up a fake church call (easily verifiable) and also savvy enough to send this type of ransom note.
According to one theory, perhaps the people who disappeared Nancy are not the same people who are making the ransom demands. JMO.

They wouldn't have purchased a home close by if they weren't up for the commitment. Often in families this sort of thing happens, one sibling wants to do it, maybe if they don't have children of their own it's an easier responsibility to take on the day to day. Or they have an affinity to Nancy too.

No. But why was the call removed from the official timeline? It's a legitimate question, IMO.
For clarity, it was not removed from any timeline. The first, official timeline from Pima Sheriff did not include it. It also didn’t include any other events that were not directly tied to her home.

Agreed. $6M is not worth their time to get in the car.
Agreed.
Going from 1M to 6M seems like young bucks out for a ride, actually...

No. But why was the call removed from the official timeline? It's a legitimate question, IMO.
Because perhaps it was not relevant to the timeline they wanted to present, in that the caller was not at Nancys house nor were they in Nancys company before she went missing.

they do have a child and agree it falls to one child often due to proximity. AG has always lived in the area and just as in mine and most families the care of aging parents gets more time consuming and stressful as time goes along. Just putting out random reasons as most are doing on here.

  • Arizona Presence: Phoenix, Tucson, and border counties like Cochise and Santa Cruz.
  • Operations: The Sinaloa Cartel uses Arizona as a major transshipment hub for drugs that enter the United States through border smuggling routes.

Amazing how people who’ve never lived here see cartels behind every shrub, especially when the most high-profile crimes here have been committed by Americans.
