@Gemmie Thx for your post & link.

"A tale of love, murder and hashbrowns." <- tagline from Luigi: The Musical

W other actors portraying Sam Bankman-Fried and Sean Diddy Combs (as @Gemmie noted), LM is not the only draw. What a trifecta combo on stage.

"Sold Out"
Hmmm, if some of the cast and crew gave their comped tickets to fam & friends, it's possible that none of those 49 tix were actually sold. Maybe, maybe not, IDK.

cbsnews.com article does not state that all 49 seats were actually filled. Who knows?

"Sorry, there are currently no tickets available through TicketWeb."
Precisely, no tix avail thru that vendor. Other tix vendor(s) may have tix?

iim sure the defence will be factul innocence if the case the case was the slam dunk they say it is it wouldent of taken this long to get to court
He's facing State and Federal charges, including the DP. His case is moving right along and he is going to Court on a regular basis.

If this was a slam dunk of LM's innocence, why didn't his Defense ask for a Speedy Trial?

His trial will be the highlight of LM's life. He will bask in its memory for the rest of his life, no matter how disappointing for him the repercussions. He has his head full of his own glory. Given time away from the media he could crumble, but I don't believe the public will be watching if it does. Fellow convicts (I don't see him beating the case MOO), however, might.

I couldn't really see why they needed to release it im what purpose does it really serve? Why show it to the public before showing to a jury I mean, they dont need to convince the general public they need to convince a jury

if they had such a slamdunk case why did they need to evesdrop on a conversation with lugi and his lawyer

Defense Motion:

Blah, blah, blah....Mr. Mangione's rights were violated.

Blah, blah, blah...Mr. Mangione's rights were violated.

How about the rights of Brian Thompson who Mr. Mangione targeted, stalked and then brutally murdered in cold blood to send a message? How about the mini manifestos in Mr. Mangione's own handwriting claiming that he had elected himself <someone had to do it - his words> to right the terrible injustice of HealthCare.

The fact that Brian Thompson was the CEO of the largest gross profit insurance company was no fault of his own, he was hired to do the job. He didn't work or make each decision in a vacuum, there were others above him...other Executives, Board of Directors, shareholders, etc. Murdering Brian didn't change one thing except probably raised premiums to cover the cost of additional expenses for tighter security protection.

It's an analogy like saying a sports team recruits and pays some star athlete $10M a year to play for your favorite team. If that team doesn't win, you as a citizen, do not have the right to murder him. It really is that simple.

There isn't a gag order in place IDT, I don't see why the Sate can't release the information that lead to the arrest of LM. The Defense has had no problem in releasing its own information to the public.

They will be able to seat a capable jury through Voir Dire process, not everybody follows true crime or our WS thread on LM. I'm surprised LM has actually received such little MSM attention honestly.

No that isn't possible. You can't just arrest someone without evidence. That'd be illegal. All of the evidence will be released at trial.

If LM  didn't do this, who did?

LM seems quite pleased with himself, for having done it IMO.

But only one actually killed him. Allegedly it's Luigi Mangione.
