Th acquisition went forward given the firewall plans and the “convincing testimony of the Sr Executives and their practices which weighs strongly against the governments postion.”
Then the ransomware event..
IF Brian’s the CEO’s own phone was hacked to keep tabs on his whereabouts, does that send a message on the security of the data and the practices testified to?
