I completely agree. I’m just stating it does not seem logical in the grand scheme of things.
Sorry hit button too soon. His photo had been widely distributed, crime organized but held onto evidence. Just not sure of his thinking, but from your prior posts, it seems as though we are on the same page.

I have never had long term debilitating pain, so this post is not intended to be insensitive about this subject.
But homeboy had no issue running into the alley and biking through Central Park and up Broadway.
if his physicality has returned, i wonder how much it played into his murderous scheme.

Legal insanity is a very hard defense, especially if one seems coherent.
Moo.. Didn’t he tell the judge tonight that he was of sound mind and not affected by any mental illness or under the influence of any drugs/illegal substances?

I will look for this in writing but I am pretty sure I heard this on the news while they were live broadcasting from outside the building while initial charges were being filed.

Without his attorney there yet or official longterm representation I’m sure they could try to walk that statement back later. But according to reporters he was adamant to the judge he was not affected mentally by anything.

what his crime did vis-a-vis society was make CEOs more apt to hire and use more security firms

Yes. You wonder if he sort of became obsessed with the problem, to the exclusion of the ramifications of his solution to it. Here is a guy who seems to be well liked and respected, “socially conscious”, etc., who just took out a father of two. You get the impression it never occurred to him what those broader repercussions would be. Strange.

but he apologized for it in his manifesto

Could be just me, but Luigi seems more thin compared to the shirtless picture of him in his X banner. Those eyebrows were the only reason why he was recognized at McDonald's
He probably lost weight after the spinal injury

I don't even see his eyebrows here. They're covered by the bottom of that hood.
That's my point, the person they arrested the eyebrows are so bushy that even with that hood position you would see those bushy eyebrows at least in the center above the nose

Apologies if I’ve missed this somehow. Has the manifesto been posted here? TIA.

It was in one of the articles posted.

As someone who had a pinched nerve, the only way he could do that IMO was on some sort of painkiller. Even then it seems those meds would have made him sluggish.

I'm sure we'll learn a lot more in the coming days.

Banfield showed him speaking as Valedictorian at his graduation. He is well spoken, bright and articulate. What a hard fall from grace for him.

I believe it was deleted because it was not a composite made by a professional, (WS rules). The poster was not aware.
My eyes see them all so different. I wish I could see the two freckles on each cheek on all pictures. I’m not a very good websleuth

They often do have security for the C suite people.

Yes, I believe someone posted an article stating this information. I think if at all possible, I would have an attorney if I had to make any statements. However, we don’t know how he is viewing his situation at this point. May ultimately plead guilty, etc.
