Nah, it was 9am...egg McMuffin and a hashbrown. Those hashbrowns are delicious.
I don't generally eat McDonald's, but those hashbrowns are totally worth risking prison time for.

A Faraday bag. I’ve considered purchasing one to put all of our car keys in after a rash of thefts in my neighborhood. A friend bought one by accident (she thought it was just a cute small purse), and could not understand why she was not receiving phone calls and texts.
Does it also block sophisticated thieves from grabbing credit card data? I see those for sale now and then.

LE just said in the presser that the customer first noticed the resemblance and asked the employee if she thought so as well.

I hope they both get the reward but I would split it 60/40 for the customer and then the employee.

Presser

Pennsylvania governor:

"In America we do not kill people in cold blood to resolve policy differences or express a viewpoint."

Responding to people treating him as a hero:
"He is no hero. The real hero is the person who called 911 at Mcdonalds this morning."

Asking for information in regards to the suspect's travels throughout Pennsylvania.
Facts!

You can still get the food and go outside to eat though. Sitting down, opening his laptop, spending longer than he needed, how did that make any sense?
I guess it depends on the weather. I don’t eat outside unless it’s 70 degrees.

Why did he even sit down? Get the food and go.
WiFi. My guess is is that he didn’t have a phone since he left NY. Needed to sit with WiFi to make travel plans, probably check the news. And in that case btw, if he was following the news, why was he still wearing a beanie and mask? Probably would have been unnoticed without it. LE seemed to not be on his trail at all. He looked sketchy and noticeable all bundled up. Kid is smart and arrogant, it’s like a Greek tragedy.

Officer Tyler Frye, who has only been on the job for about six months, and a fellow officer responded to the McDonald’s where the suspect was spotted, the AP reports.

They asked him to pull his blue medical mask down and “recognized him immediately” Frye said. “We didn’t even think twice about it, we knew that was our guy.”

Frye said, “It feels good to get a guy like that off the street, especially starting my career this way, it feels great.”

They confirmed in the press conference that it was a customer that recognized him and asked an employee to call 911.

So at this time, they can’t prove he did it…. But they can’t have him leaving the country or anything so they have to slap him with the other charges.
My understandingnis that he will be extradited to Manhattan when the time comes to be formally charged with murder as that is where the crime occurred.

Btw, very interesting that he was carrying his own passport when he was arrested at MickyD's.

CNN Live:

Suspect looked visibly distressed, and "kept his brow furrowed."

Said his residence was in Maryland, then gave Honolulu address when pressed.

No drug or mental health history.

Listed job history up until a year ago.

Responding to what prosecutor said, LM said he didn't know when money came from. Alleged it was planted. Said bag was waterproof, as opposed to a bag designed to block cell signals.

Interesting that he only took issue with these two things.

The McDonalds is already collecting some google reviews…I agree I hope this employee does not go on the news.
Ugh… people are garbage.

Maybe he was riding around on buses for days to collect belongings he had stashed prior to the murder. He had ditched his now notorious backpack in Central Park and looked fairly unencumbered on the bike. The laptop, cash, Faraday bag etc., were probably stashed somewhere.
