He hasn’t been extradited yet.Was he charged with murder yet
He hasn’t been extradited yet.Was he charged with murder yet
According to @alcaprari23:Is this legitimate?
He will be charged first, then extradited. He hasn’t been extradited yet.
He was seen wearing them after the shooting. They are easy to obtain.
I understood that as he was trying to heal and even surfing hurt.... dunnoI believe the friend of his that was interviewed on CNN mentioned he had back pain that occurred while surfing.
That could be during his time in in Hawaii, but he is also seen with a blue shirt that says 'Bali", so it may have been elsewhere.
Too many heart broken families on all sides….According to @alcaprari23:
"A manifesto found online, with the subtitle, "Luigi Mangione's last words", mentions UnitedHealthcare 7 times, details his mother's physical ailments as well as his own. To be clear, this is not confirmed to be the manifesto found on him today at McDonald's. "
He was not charged with murder in Pennsylvania because he did not commit murder in Pennsylvania. He will be charged with murder in New York and extradited. This is 100% how the process works and I don’t find anything particularly weird about this sequence of events. Do you think police planted all of the evidence on him? What are you talking about? The guy they caught was not charged with murder. He was charged with fraud and stuff. They don’t have enough for murder. Let’s see what they can come up with.
If that is his X-ray, he did get the surgery.
It implies he had pre-authorization.
I read surfing a few pages back. At least he was having fun when he hurt his back, I was loading bombs on airplanes that wasn’t fun.If there was a back injury, curious if it was sports or a car accident or something else.
He does not need to be physically present in NY to be charged. Charges will be filed in NY, and then he will be extradited to NY based on those charges.Charged before he gets to NY? By whom?
The MacDonald's worker made the 911 call after a customer noticed the resemblance and asked them to. I'd rather the money go to the one that IDed him, or split with the one actually making the call as it sounds like the elderly customer didn't have a cell phone (or they'd have called 911 themselves IMO).I sure hope that McDonald's worker is getting his $50,000 reward!!!!! Well deserved!!
Do you think he will contact his family about getting an attorney….or will his family just get one for him?
I think it should be split between the customer who advised the McD's worker to call the police. They worked together.I sure hope that McDonald's worker is getting his $50,000 reward!!!!! Well deserved!!
