Exactly. If they want the public to be looking, they need to know what it is they're looking for

Someone out there has to know what happened to these two. IMO they survived he wreck (there isn't anything that has been released saying otherwise unless I missed it) and I have a theory that CN fracked them down, and did something to them at that point. More than likely he would have needed...

What kind of vehicles do the park rangers there drive? Could it be a white SUV? That perp would have knowledge of the area, and access to a vehicle that would blend in, if in fact they use white SUVs

I would be interested to know how many times they had met up, or seen each other. There would have to be some serious rage inside of someone to do that to a person they had only met once. JMO

I agree. It shouldn't be hard to prove if that car was in a serious accident or not. I'm going to guess the injuries came from some sort of struggle. My steering wheel has never bitten me.

I watched this on JVM last night, and I can't seem to get out of my head that the mom's BF claimed the police told him he had to wait 72 hours? Also, as a mom, I would be the one calling that in. I would want to be the one talking to those police officers. I don't think ppl should pigeon hole...

What if TM pulled up and HE was standing outside of the car, she hit her with the truck, loaded her into the truck, and the $5000 was to quick repair damages to the truck. I don't think this was how she was KILLED. I think it was just a quick way to disable her to get her into the car. Sadly, I...

I feel like maybe SM seduced Heather to feel like he had control over someone, much like TM always controlled him. When she was trying to move on, going on a date, he felt like he lost control, and snapped. There are so many scenarios running through my mind on this case, but this is one...

A motion for discovery is basically a motion to try to find out what evidence the prosecution has... Correct?

Unfortunately unless they find a body, or unless Heather had ever gone to the dr., there may not be a way to prove if she was or wasn't pregnant.

Can't they go for 1st degree murder if she died during the commission of a felony? Kidnapping would be the felony. Therefore I would hope they don't let them plead it down to 2nd degree murder. We are clearly deal g with 2 very unstable people, that do not need to ever walk the streets freely...
