Sorta of off-topic, but I just have to give props to AZ lawyer for the awesome detective work in the CA trial. She helped uncover a massive a surfing trail that showed that CA was searching for "foolproof" ways to kill her daughter on the day she went missing. Could have been a game changer...
Several photos from that day were not shown to the jury, but the prosecution stated that they engaged in sex that day. I always believed that the photos that were held back showed them "in the act."
I blame fatigue in part for the outcome, and in that sense, perhaps that was part of the defense's strategy all along.
Everyone's exhausted and needs a break. The new jury will come in fresh, the procedure will be streamlined and will zip along compared to this overloaded freight train, and...
Oy vey, that was me. Apologies, I deleted the comment. Dr. Drew said that he talked to Juror#8. Based on what AFF says, it was Dr. Drew's impression that several female jurors were sympathetic and that they were "not young." Maybe someone has the clip.
I stand corrected and have no problem...
The 8 mitigating factors listed by the defense are a joke. Thus, IMO, if this jury is hung up on any mitigating factor, it is the borderline personality diagnosis put forth by the prosecution.
I say, let these people go home. The Alexanders can go home with the knowledge that when they come...
There you go. SPOT ON! She herself in very many ways created the media circus, going back five years ago when she sought out the media on her own.
OT: This trial illustrates that there needs to be an overhaul of the prison system. If life in prison consisted of the solitary existence that...
18 days on the stand wasn't enough.
Somehow she thinks that if she has just one more time to speak - then maybe, just maybe, people will "understand" her and "get" her story and "realize" that she had to kill Travis.
She will never change and that is why, perhaps, the death penalty is...
Which begs the (rhetorical) question: if there was so darn much info on her computer that could corroborate her "stories," then why did she wreck the hard drive?
Disagree with this, she's an excellent, cunning liar who is able to adapt her story as facts become known.
The physical evidence in this case was so overwhelming that eventually it just buried her. But we must give the devil her due - IMO she's a frighteningly good liar, and it's chilling to...
That's a big fat lie too. She told the jury two months ago that she "didn't know" if she would have ever come clean if she hadn't gotten caught. This was in response to one of their questions.
Her ever-evolving story continues to be tweaked and fine-tuned. Someone needs to tell her it's GAME...
Not sure if posted already, but message on site that listed JA's art now says "All art work is sold." Early last week it was all available.
Can't prove it but two things come to mind: Dior's lawyers said they were going to send her a cease and desist letter regarding copyright infringement re...
