    NO BAIL! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 -#28

exactly and besides who knows how long he was hatching this plan. could have been for weeks, in which case he had enough time to think at least a few things through. He needed this body to be found eventually for insurance purposes. Karo: Smart people don't kill their wife and leave their...

    NO BAIL! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 -#28

seats were not removed, it would take several hours to do this and this fool would not even know how to do this. The captiva rear seats (1 row only of rear seats in their car) were simply released by the latches and dropping down allowing for a bigger space in the back obviously

sometimes you simply don't need to consider anything else other than what is right in front of you! And what's right in front of us and what was right in front of the police from Day 1 is an <modsnip> individual! Its not rocket science sometimes! Keep an open mind about who's gonna win the...

    NO BAIL! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 -#28

agree wholeheartedly but I worry about this being easily thrown into the 'circumstantial' basket by the barrister/s. Surely the father implicates himself by remaining silent on this issue. a phone call to Big kohuna would remain that he knew about the incident in question and now has to be...

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 - #21

agreed MW, its just a bit beyond the pale listening to certain people saying 'its not about the kids'! you would have to be off your rocker to think that this has nothing to do with the kids. dad kills mum, dads goes to jail = extremely vulnerable and distraught little souls... just very poor...

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 - #21

I agree. Please everybody if this really is it, spare a thought for these children in your assesements and comments. Yes we have been waiting for justice for this poor woman but this really is going to have a most profound effect on these young lives and one that very few of us I am sure...

No biggie, was making light of the situation late on a Sunday evening! Most things no matter how small (within reason) are relevant and worth talking about. I just haven't read much into the neighbour's dog bark, personally, given the overall inconsistencies reported by the media surrounding...

Mani, I am confident that who the perp is although I wouldn't be confident saying whether it was premiditated or not. I would take a stab that it wasn't however there is still the nagging issue of serious money problems. Life insurance aside (which admittedly is a mine field of legal...

unless one has have been living on Mars for the last two months, anyone who has a grip on reality knows that they know. I don't understand the constant need to present way out there theories or other possibilities on a case such as this one. This is an ordinary family living in ordinary...

ha ha, thanks Mani, don't shout up to me! you have to 'mount' something in your life I hope..... LOL REfer to Case Closed a few times over the last few months. This will turn out to be pretty simple (whilst evil) and nothing too complicated and no 'squares to be thought outside of' in my...

everyone is entitled to a hunch but this is all this really is. I feel the public's sentiment which is in stark contrast to your 'hunch' is a little more speculative based. I cant' for the life of me think how anything would get 'that much out of control' that resulted in her death without GBC...

I think the Police would have ruled him out as a suspect by now also, if he WASN'T one... This is what they typcially do.. They realise by not doing so effects people's ability to get on with thier lives as best they can. He hasn't been ruled out.

Who knows really Makara! If the GBC/NBC hearsay/rumour mill turns out to be correct or more to the point, can be proven then lets face it, Thursday night/early hours Friday morning 20th April would have been one hell of a busy night for them and an experience that most of us will never go...
