I hope that is fixed by trial, or they better fly these out-of-state witnesses in for the trial.

No worries - If HHJP allows them to testify, they will testify in person at the trial.

BL: people get together to form a scientific working group, what techniques, standards, proficiency test, guidelines to be tested in court to become de facto standard for that particular test
