That was the craziest line of questioning I've ever heard.....

Q-"In fact, she's a happy little inmate, isn't she?"

A-"Yes, happy, happy, happy!"

Yep ~ She's a model inmate, always smiling and pleasant.

Let's not forget WHY she's an inmate.

She's not looking too smiley and happy right now.

Having guards say ICA is a happy inmate goes AGAINST the theory of defense, if you ask me. How could she be happy if she's in jail for an accident?

I think Casey is looking quite nervous at the possible appearance of Jessie Grund.

No way. They're talking about her now, she loves it. Little Miss Sunshine and Lollipops, child killer.

It's my understanding that she can read the transcription on the monitor as they take place.

she could follow along from the DT's attorneys, Now they close the computers so that she can't read them

I guess she feels special at the jail! All attention on her from the guards. Awe!

JA just pointed to the entrance. Maybe they stopped JG in time.

Where are transcripts of sidebars available for reviewing?

I do think prisoners in protective custody should at least get 2 hours a day out of the cell though. Especially those who haven't had their day in court yet. :waitasec:

The taxpayers of florida would have to hire more correctional officers to make that happen. They cost enough already.

JB needs to read a book about sociopaths. All this stuff he is trying to get
in fits the description of a sociopath to a T.

I think I need to calm down. I need to remember that justice will happen for Caylee.

Almost 4pm, think its time to get a glass of wine. :maddening:

If it's any consolation IMHO it's a foregone conclusion that KC will be convicted. She will be. I had my doubts at the start of the trial on which charge she would get convicted on but now I'm thinking she will get convicted on the full meal deal.

Jesse Up!
