I wonder how much time she would have got if she would have gone with the accident scenario back then? 5-10 maybe? If even that - she could have gotten out of jail a relatively young woman still. She could have just lied and said she hid her body because she was afraid of her parents - I think that would have played far better than this whole cluster-F.

No. Baez claimed the GA hid Caylee's body, Kronk found it, then moved it so he could "find" it for the reward.

If Kronk moved the body 4 inches, or 4 feet off the ground where it was later found, it's a big: so the heck what? It's a whimper of a point when juxtaposed against Baez's opening statement.

The entire defense is such a rodeo.

They haven't told any sort of story, they haven't linked anything with common (or even uncommon!) sense, it's all choppy and disjointed with various pointless witnesses and pointless questions going on and on and on. What are they trying to say exactly? The jury must be utterly baffled why practically NOTHING they spoke about in their OS has transpired into direct testimony or evidence! What a joke!

Think about it- if you knew NOTHING- nada, zip, bupkis, zilch about this case, and there you were listening to all these seemingly pointless evidence and dry facts and "experts" who get utterly mauled by the SA, what would you be thinking? Nothing they have put together has an ounce of sense. It's an embarassment. We've all sat here waiting for something intelligent or even juicy, and it's been.. nothing. I just keep shaking my head. It's amazingto meIt really is.
