Actually, this proves the State's theory. Roy Kronk reported what he thought was the body early. it was never investigated. that's all he said.

If he reported them in August, and the cops never found them, then he would know where they were in November still. I don't find it that shocking at all.

So even if Roy did tell his son in November he knew where the remains were? So what? He thought he saw the remains in August and called the police THREE times and was ignored by the police. I just don't see this to be that damning in the grand scheme of things.
