The 12-page paper, titled “Crime-scene Scenario Final” details a case involving a 35-year-old woman who was stabbed to death with a knife at a trailer park, including steps on how he would assess a crime scene if he were an investigator. It was not immediately clear whether the case described in the paper is hypothetical or real.

Wow! So much new info already, and we have two hours of Dateline tonight. Sounds like for Kohberger's defense, the hits just keep on coming, and I mean the kind of hits that take all of the wind out of their sails, not that their sails had any to begin with.

Very interesting searches BK was doing about identifying sociopathic traits in a college student, and a search on a psychopath's behavior. No wonder AT does not want the state to be able to use the words, 'psychopath' and 'sociopath'. I guess they will not need to use them, as it seems like BK self-identified himself with those searches.

Those apparently deleted searches about the murders, and Ted Bundy are not going to be good for him either, and BK, please, No more selfies! JMO

And once again, I just have to say that just because the public hasn't heard about some kind of evidence yet, it doesn't mean there is not more out there. People who think "We would have heard about it by now" will be surprised when the case gets to court. And even after, imho.

I don't imagine he expected to be caught. Still, the level of arrogance he displayed pre and after crime scene shows that just because you're book "smart" doesn't mean you're actually smart.

We got that information around March 26th and have discussed it here. A lot of the discussion focused on his list in the assignment of what protective attire would be needed to avoid contaminating a crime scene--does that ring a bell with you?

It's in the attachments, page 34-45 of the pdf. The mention of it being in a trailer park is at the end of the first page of the paper, I believe the knife/stabbing first shows up on pages 4 or 5 of the assignment.

With only the evidence that we are aware of already, which is almost certainly only a small fraction of the totality of evidence that the state has, that the defense is aware of, that will be presented at trial, I see absolutely no reason why BK would let this case proceed to trial, other than to have the sick thrill of reliving the murders every day for several weeks. There is no way this monster is going to be found anything other than guilty of four counts of first degree murder, and he is certainly capable of comprehending that. If he had even one shred of humanity left in his soul, he would plead guilty, and spare the families and loved ones of Maddie, Kaylee, Xana, and Ethan, the unfathomable pain of having to hear every lurid detail of the murders of their children, as well as the pain that his family will have to bear, hearing new horrors every day, and knowing that their son/brother was responsible for them. JMO

Kohberger clicked “buy now” on Amazon, when he was attempting to purchase another knife following the murders (he exited the screen before the purchase). In this screenshot, you can see his click activity in regards to KaBar knives, begins two days following the murders.

So you can see his initial browsing around the time he purchased the knife, and then 8 months later, following the murders.

Playing Devil's Advocate, anyone could have left that sheath there, anyone could have stolen it and the knife, anyone with a white Elantra could have been driving around, millions of people could have had their phones off during that time, and heck my search history has a few of those searches ( don't tell me yours doesnt), just not some of the ickier ones.

But enough of that nonsense, because it's never just one thing, it is everything in totality. But it's all going to depend on the jurors. If just one person gets on the jury who decides they won't be convinced of his guilt, no matter what, then everyone gets to go through round 2. People lie to get on juries, imo and experience.
