Going back to initials in this crime. K-Bar would have the initials KB, similar to KohBerger. Maybe he purposely left the knife sheath under Maddy as his calling card.

Probably it was not but I'm going to guess he was careful when handling the sheath for all the months he owned it, handling it only with gloves on except when struggling with the snap and going bare-handed (just like turning his phone off as a countermeasure but then turning it back on briefly, like if he was quick enough, no DNA/data would transfer).

I do think BK esteems himself. Rejected as a Marine, rejected by LE, rejected as a TA, rejected by women, he came out hot -- using a Marine knife, thumbing his nose at LE, capitalizing on his unfinished project and exacting ultimate control over a woman. His capstone.

And as of 10:31 that morning, I think he thought he'd nailed it.

And yet, on that one day, he failed at humanity and Criminology 101 both.

Your comment actually makes me wonder whether BK *does* have any kind of visual limitations, a la poor peripheral vision, and—if so—could a visual impairment account for him having seemed (per DM’s account) to look right at DM but to continue towards the exit without reacting or breaking his stride? In other words, maybe he DID look directly at her, but did not actually SEE her.

It's been reported by multiple sources that he's the likely owner of a internet account that posted about VSS (visual snow syndrome) on a message forum. The owner of the account posted some extremely sociopathic things. IMO, as a not-even-close-to-being-a-medical-professional, demonstrating an extreme lack of empathy.

I've been wondering this as well. She's pushing the ASD, yet BK allegedly truly (according to his Tapatalk posts and friends) suffered with VSS. So why ignore it? IMO.

Interesting. Night vision, peripheral vision is usually the "rod" cells. And according to this article on "Visual Snow Syndrome", night vision is reduced.

I feel like they probably had ring cameras at that house. Because wasn't Kaylee and some of the other girls afraid they were being stalked? So common sense would tell you they would put up some cameras. They probably have Bryan Kohberger on camera at house there, going into the house.

If they had ring cameras, we would probably know about that already.

I know for sure that AT would have filed to have them suppressed if there were any pictures of BK or his Elantra on the Ring Cams.

And if there was footage and it didn't show BK, we would have heard about that by now too, IMO. The DT would be asking for the charges to be dropped.

BINGO!!!! They got him. He actually believed they couldn't identify him. Those discs were traced back to the computer at his church where he was a boardmember.

He would have been free for another 15 years or so probably had he not made that mistake. IGG would have gotten him eventually, just like it got Kohberger.

MOO when you creep on girls in HS they will defend themselves to avoid getting any more entangled with or in the creep's sites.

Just now watching this. GH does BK's possible route home by day and night. He makes a really good point. His car was filthy.

Naturally BK was prepared for and vigilant about the interior of his car, to prevent transfer.

So.... when did he hit a car wash?

SG said in that interview “ he got passed the security system” , if it exists, it might have been an inside on doors system, right?
A ring on a house with underage drinking and people possibly coming in and out with beer etc and record it would be uncool.

I say this because SG, (I am not taking this as facts MassGuy just using it as another possible explanation) said that , in so many words, moo, , that DM thought XK was drunk.. he partially states his take, college partying code- don’t call cops. DM could never have fathomed this mass murder, never- her mind went to passed out drunk XK.

So if he did , get passed, security system.. what does that mean, how?

This night had to be the perfect storm-luck
- back slider door unlocked to get in,
-security system- if real thing, disabled,
- bedroom door of target unlocked
- Super party night.. possibly drunk sleepers another

- if MM’s door was locked .. would he have left in total quiet to return another night because target was unavailable? Or broke door down killed her and anticipated killing others that were awakened?
Or would he have murdered whomever he could?

Things we will never know and why I think he was going to kill anything, an anyone.

he did not know the variables, he couldn’t know them, could he?
