Hot Prowling
The term's meaning & definition varies.
The acts of "Hot prowl" may be included in definition of the broader "home invasions" type offenses, referring to an individual entering a home illegally, anticipating that others will be there, often w plans to commit violence.
One source w gen info:
"A home invasion, also called a hot prowl burglary, is a sub-type of burglary (or in some jurisdictions, a separately defined crime) in which an offender unlawfully enters into a building residence while the occupants are inside.[1] The overarching intent of a hot prowl burglary can be theft, robbery, assault, sexual assault, murder, kidnapping, or another crime, either by stealth or direct force.[2][3][4] Hot prowl burglaries are considered especially dangerous by law enforcement because of the potential for a violent confrontation between the occupant and the offender.[5]"

Some people may enter homes known to be occupied but go in during sleep hours simply to commit thefts of items to resell. Others enter homes that way to watch ppl sleeping, sometimes to have "material" for personal sexual fantasies (solo) either there or to use later. And other reasons.
Re BK
A couple of BK's high school schoolmates commented that BK was addicted to heroin. Here on WS posts in previous threads discussed how BK could afford an pricey addiction.
Hence the reference to BK hot prowling.
AFIK, BK doing hot prowling not known to be fact. Re drug addiction, IDK to be fact either.
Hoping others will post to expand or clarify re BK. Or refer to previous specific posts on the topic.
