The 'spokes' evidence is moot imo due to those exact spokes being mass produced by Ford for that make/model/year vehicle; meaning that it's a fairly common vehicle configuration.
Also, the 'bullet at the crime scene is consistent with his gun' is also moot imo, because they were unable to trace that bullet to HIS firearm, just the make and model. Further, the crime lab stated that they HAD to fire a gun in the lab to reproduce the same marking on the bullet, as they were unable to reproduce it by 'racking the firearm' so to speak, as 'racking' would've been the cause of the marks on the bullet at the scene on the crime.
