Apparently I was too subtle before so I will be more specific.

The fact that there weren't obvious signs of SA on either victim's body doesn't mean that they weren't sexually assaulted.

There are forms of sexual assault that will leave no signs afterward.

Therefore I think it is entirely possible that Abby and Libby were sexually assaulted in some way.

There are also many documented cases where sexually motivated killers are brought to ejaculation purely through the act of stabbing or cutting the victims and watching their suffering.

This is the view from the top of the bridge looking down the hill. That road you see is the road N625W that leads to the Weber property.

If you go straight across that road, it leads through more woods and to the creek. Articles of the girls' clothing were found in the creek. Some were closer to the Down the Hill side of the creek and some were closer to the discovery side of the creek.

I placed a small x where "BG" forced the girls' down the hill. The arrow shows their approximate direction of travel after RA says he got interrupted by Weber returning home.

The big X is the approximate area where the girls' were discovered.

Delphi Murders Trial Day 11 Afternoon Highlights:

We picked back up with Defense Attorney Brad Rozzi's cross examination of Dr. Monica Wala who was the psychologist at Westville Correctional Facility where Allen was held in solitary confinement for more than a year


-Rozzi asked Dr. Wala about the clothing Allen was forced to wear while on suicide watch which was similar to a Kimono and apparently referred to as a "flintstone gown"
-Dr. Wala testified that the area where she and Allen had their sessions was not a therapeutic setting


-It was revealed that Mr. Allen was institutionalized sometime in 2019

What type of institution was RA sent to? Mental Health facility? Did he have a diagnosis and a treatment plan?

It would have to be shown where he was located to have seen it as that terrain isn't what it seems - did he see the colour, the driver, model, size, distance.

Also, this would have been an opportunity for either girl to scream, yell out or escape - surely they would have heard it too.

Is this something he guessed, was spoon fed to him or is it his own memory?

For me, it all depends on the context.

It's pretty simple, you may be overthinking it?

Libby's video starts at around 2:13pm (if someone has the seconds TIA) 43 seconds later the girls were ordered, "Guys, down the hill" at GUNPOINT. They all went down the hill into the woods there.

BW drives down his driveway in a WHITE VAN at around 2:30, taking him right by the DTH area where RA brought the girls a few minutes before.

RA says he was interrupted in his endeavor to assault the girls by a WHITE VAN driving down that same driveway.

Helicopter footage from February 14, 2017 also shows the approximate location of where the girls' were found. Around the 18 minute time mark. The police helicopter is flying over that particular area.

All of the blood spots belong to Libby. The large blood spot is where she bled out: #1. Her body is a few feet away from where she bled out: #2. She didn't walk there.

This information is deceiving because it illustrates the inverse of what it should, which was pointed out today. RA could own the only 2016 Black Ford Focus SE in Carroll County, but the important identification is the car in the HH video. The witness could not state that the car in the HH video was a 2016 Black Ford Focus SE. I don't remember the exact number but there was around 50 or 60 (maybe 68?) Ford Focus with the same body style in the "surrounding counties."

….but did any admit to being at MHB that day other than 1 of those owners? Where do you stop expanding the search area? There could be 12 we don’t know about from Mexico who drove to Delphi that day. Could….

I don’t mean any disrespect - entering doubt is the goal but reason has to step in at some point, no?

BTW, thanks for your contributions here & clarifying the legal side of things. It’s appreciated & not mentioned enough.
