We literally have no idea what happened after the video, we know that the girls were tragically murdered, and outside of the confessions I could come up with 100 scenarios that happened, most being probably unbelievable, some being potentially possible, we don't know

why did the defense not attempt to have him evaluated and declared incompetent to stand trial or assist in his own defense if he was flinging and eating his own poo and psychotic?
I wouldn't have! The psychologist that he did see Dr. Wala was perfect for the defense imo! Why bother risking bringing in someone new when the State's own witness gives you, the Defence pure gold?? I found her actions quite unethical and to me, she completely lacked professional credibility as a result. I would not want to bring in someone else who might not agree with my theory or my case and who might not be amazing for RA on the stand when I had Wala making herself and the state look like complete clowns! Moo.

going to be tough to explain that one?
I think this is the one where he was overheard talking to himself. MOO
[snip]
Rozzi during cross-examination of Bedwell pointed out that the officer’s testimony about the alleged confession to police weeks after was more detailed than his original log, arguing the log entry was not entirely accurate.

4:54 P.M. THE PROSECUTION HAS RESTED.

News 8’s Kyla Russell reports that he prosecution in the Richard Allen trial has rested after their 40th witness. The defense has begun presenting their case.

Maybe he was losing his mind?
That doesn't mean that he is not guilty.
Just my opinion:
He had years of escape through drinking.
He admits to being a monster in his younger life and says that he "might" have touched his own daughter.
Drinking made him numb for a very long time... it's no longer an option.
Can you begin to imagine how hard hit this person has been now that he HAS to face what he has done?
Of course he feels like he is in Hell, but it's the Hell that he created.

AJMO
Plus being encouraged to think...he's losing his mind, out of his mind, doesn't know what he's saying because "they" messed with his mind, no you don't really mean that...by his family, his loved ones has to make a person second guess the decision to confess to what they did. It was so impactful to RA that he asked, he had to know, if they'd still love him if he wanted to confess to the things he did. Who's playing the mind games with him there? I wonder if RA's attorneys briefed his family on what they should be saying to him, in times like that and if they couldn't snap him out of his direction to confess, just hang up and then not take his calls? Those behaviors did occur according to ISP Harshman's testimony at the 3-day hearings. Do you think JG has ever polled the defendant on if his wishes are being followed?
Just some thoughts, questions and MO's.

I’d have to agree - doesn’t mean I think he’s not guilty but I don’t think personally the P got to BARD- moo

And, IMO, one very likely scenario.

RA did it.

I'm just saying the prosecution had witnesses testify, and the witnesses they brought up, one said she saw a muddy and bloody person wearing different clothes than bridge guy, another described a younger possibly more conventionally attractive man around at the time. This is the prosecution witnesses not the defenses, so there's potentially THREE men around at the time, who knows maybe more. I think RA, I'm not sure if he killed the girls, he probably did but outside of the confessions even the bullet had concessions on whether it was actually from RA's gun.

So now we have the confessions and it's up to the jury to use their wisdom to say if these are trustworthy or not, and I just said a fact in that the prison was forcibly giving RA anti psychotic drugs while and around the time he was making confessions.

And that's not even going into potentially unethical acts by the ME or psychologist or prosecution trying to insert video evidence last second.

I don't envy these jurors at all
