I wouldn't have! The psychologist that he did see Dr. Wala was perfect for the defense imo! Why bother risking bringing in someone new when the State's own witness gives you, the Defence pure gold?? I found her actions quite unethical and to me, she completely lacked professional credibility as a result. I would not want to bring in someone else who might not agree with my theory or my case and who might not be amazing for RA on the stand when I had Wala making herself and the state look like complete clowns! Moo.why did the defense not attempt to have him evaluated and declared incompetent to stand trial or assist in his own defense if he was flinging and eating his own poo and psychotic?
It’s as if the prosecution is doing everything they can to show the jury they have nothing proving it! It’s honestly kinda weirdSomeone was on the bridge, but it has yet to be proven it was Richard Allen.
We are half way though the trial and soon will reach the end.

I think this is the one where he was overheard talking to himself. MOOgoing to be tough to explain that one?
That sounds like a man confessing his crime to his wife, especially since he knows it's going to become public information very soon. RA has mentioned cheating on KA, and I believe the kidnapping/murder with SA intent is what RA was referring to.This proves RA is perfectly sane like many of us questioning these lawyers:

RA put himself on the bridge. Out of his own mouth.
Plus being encouraged to think...he's losing his mind, out of his mind, doesn't know what he's saying because "they" messed with his mind, no you don't really mean that...by his family, his loved ones has to make a person second guess the decision to confess to what they did. It was so impactful to RA that he asked, he had to know, if they'd still love him if he wanted to confess to the things he did. Who's playing the mind games with him there? I wonder if RA's attorneys briefed his family on what they should be saying to him, in times like that and if they couldn't snap him out of his direction to confess, just hang up and then not take his calls? Those behaviors did occur according to ISP Harshman's testimony at the 3-day hearings. Do you think JG has ever polled the defendant on if his wishes are being followed?Maybe he was losing his mind?
That doesn't mean that he is not guilty.
Just my opinion:
He had years of escape through drinking.
He admits to being a monster in his younger life and says that he "might" have touched his own daughter.
Drinking made him numb for a very long time... it's no longer an option.
Can you begin to imagine how hard hit this person has been now that he HAS to face what he has done?
Of course he feels like he is in Hell, but it's the Hell that he created.

I’d have to agree - doesn’t mean I think he’s not guilty but I don’t think personally the P got to BARD- mooWe literally have no idea what happened after the video, we know that the girls were tragically murdered, and outside of the confessions I could come up with 100 scenarios that happened, most being probably unbelievable, some being potentially possible, we don't know
I believe the prosecution have proved it’s him.

No really. He most likely has extreme PTSD from his 13 months in solitary. That’s the question. Say it was to show that he behaves the same regardless of the conditions in which he is held?
That he’s not psychotic yet he still behaves angrily?
